3 KEY NOTE SPEAKER- Jerry Mings Sustainability The Art of Creative Collaboration 9:15-10:15 Jerry Mings is a professional facilitator with enormous experience in the health and social sector. He brings to his clients a deep understanding of emerging opportunities in quality, risk management, strategic planning, and organization change. As an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, he brings a people perspective to group process mapping. He is engaged in mediation as member and Qualified Mediator of the ADR Institute of Canada Inc. As an ICA Certified ToP Facilitator, he works with groups on complex issues related to quality and sustainability questions in the health and social sectors. We will explore five insights you can use to support and lead creative collaboration in your organization. We will explore how you can enable leaders, staff and key stakeholders discover common ground, identify shared opportunities and act to make sustainability a reality. 4 Jim has been implementing ISO management systems with clients since He has been conducting ISO training for 9001, 14001, and 18001/45001 for the past ten years. He currently sits on ISO PC 280, an ISO committee formed to participate in the development of a new ISO Guideline for Management Consultancy, ISO Mark Chambers is the Director for PLATO Software. Mr. Chambers brings over twenty-five years of consulting experience in the areas of software risk management helping companies with digital transformation. He has supported some of the largest manufacturing, aerospace and automotive companies in the world. During his tenure he has consulted, advised and mentored clients on a broad range of risk management methodologies both at the operations level, manufacturing and engineering level on such topics as; Organizational and Operational Risk Management, APQP, Management of Change (MOC), Failure Modes Effects Analysis & Criticality Analysis (FMEA/FMECA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Process Safety Management (PSM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). 5 Arthur Richard is a mechanical engineer with over twenty years of consulting experience in the areas of quality assurance management, project management, audit, risk management, cybersecurity, and strategic planning - spanning oil & gas, information technology, manufacturing and financial services. Richard is an ASQ Senior Member and the current Membership Chair for the Energy and Environmental Division (EED), as well as the EED Vice-Chair Administration, and EED Canada representative. His current credentials include PMP, CIA, CRMA, CISA, CRISC. Khurshed is an approved instructor for Accredited ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 Lead Auditor and other training courses. He has over 20 years of global expertise in ISO Management Systems operational, technical, audit, certification and accreditation requirements across OH&S, Environmental, Energy, Quality, Supply Chain Risk and Corporate Social Responsibility programs. He is a member of the Canadian ISO Technical Committees of the Standards Council of Canada, ISO/TC176 and ISO /TC283 and participated in the development of the ISO 9001:2015 and the ISO 45001:2018 Standards. Focus on: Strategic, systematic, holistic approach to implementing corporate social responsibility and sustainability. 1:00-2:15 Khurshed Khutky- Stream B 1:00-2:15 This presentation will provide an introductory overview of the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System standard and the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard and will show the similarities with ISO 9001:2015, with emphasis on identifying the common requirements. It will also show how to integrate relevant requirements of the ISO and ISO standards with an existing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to improve process efficiencies, enhance organisational performance and facilitate sustainable development.

6 Matthew MacNeil-Stream A Matthew MacNeil manages the Risk and Security Portfolio for Intertek North America. Starting in the Industry in 2002, Matthew has held a span of roles during his 17 year career: including Executive Management, Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Technical Review. Matthew specializes in Information and Cybersecurity, Business Continuity and Data Protection and currently sits on the Standards Council of Canada Advisory Committee for GDPR. 2:30-4:00 Business Continuity Management (BCM) to help organisations prepare and ensure their business can continue in the face of external threats such as a natural disaster or information security breach.
