1 PERSONAL_DATA 2015 PeopleSoft Common Tables for Operational Reporting Human Capital Management This document contains a list of table (record) names that, based on security roles, college staff can use to build PS Query reports in the Human Capital Management pillar. 2 PEOPLESOFT HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT COMMON TABLES I. Absence Management GP_PIN GP_ABS_EVENT GP_RSLT_ABS GP_RSLT_ACUM GP_CAL_RUN GP_PI_GEN_DATA GP_ABS_SS_STA Pay item name definition that stores the pin details of all elements in GP/AM. Use to retrieve the Pin Name or Pin Code corresponding to a pin number. Absence Event definition, the data in this table is the raw reported absence. Absence data table contains the calculated result of reported absence takes. This table will contain one row for each day of the absence event. Accumulator PIN results contains the results of the accumulators in GP/AM. Accumulators can be used to track absence balances, cumulative takes, cumulative paid hours etc. Calendar run definition table contains details regarding the Calendar Group ID. The Calendar Group ID is the major run control parameter used for running the absence processes and is a collection of various calendars. Generated PI data for any absence event that need to be sent to payroll will require a positive input (in terms of an Earning Code) to be defined. The positive input can be attached to a take in the Absence Take setup page. This table contains the corresponding positive input for the processed absences. Absence self service is coupled with the GP_ABS_EVENT table and is a workflow table. This table can be used to know the workflow status of an absence event. A separate entry is created for each workflow actions like Submit, Approval etc. II. Human Resources Information / Personal Data: PERSONAL_DATA PERS_DATA_EFFDT E PERS_NID Personal data including employee name, address, and birthdate. Effective Dated personal data. 3 III. Employment Data DEPT_TBL E JOBCODE_TBL E JOB E EMPLOYMENT HR foundation table, often joined to other records to get the description or short description. This table holds job codes, descriptions and related data such as FLSA classification, pay plan, grade and structure information. Contains employee job history. General employment data, such as various service date, seniority date, and probation date. IV. Benefits Data BEN_PROG_PARTIC E BEN_HEALTH_SRCH E BEN_PROG_BENCVC E LEAVE_PLAN E HEALTH_BENEFIT E SAVINGS_PLAN E LIFE_ADD_BEN E RTRMNT_PLAN E DISABILITY_BEN E Stores the Benefit Program to which the employee is assigned. Employee health benefit elections Shows benefit coverage codes, join to BEN_PROG_BENCVC by employee ID. Stores enrollment in leave plans. Stores enrollment in health insurance plans Stores enrollment in TDA, ORP and Deferred Compensation Stores enrollment in life insurance plans. Stores DRS enrollment. Stores enrollment in disability plans. V. Tax Data FED_TAX_DATA E Contains federal tax data, including nonresident alien data. Page 2 of 5

Time and Labor Data TL_EMPL_DATA E TL_RPTD_TIME AUDIT_TLRPTTIME TL_PAYABLE_TIME TL_TR_STATUS TL_EXCEPTION Maps data between EMPLID and T&L parameters like workgroup, taskgroup and time reporter status Holds all data regarding the time reported by employee. Audit table associated with TL_RPTD_TIME. Contains final processed time ready to be sent to payroll system. Table used by time administration process to determine the employees to be processed.
