3 20 YEARS OF GROWTH In 1996, OzoGroup s Chairman Mr. Mario Muscat founded OzoSystem Ltd, and since then the company has evolved as a market leader in the hospitality and services industry. Thanks to, the reputation built over the years new companies have been formed as part of the divestment process and in 2016 OZOGROUP was created. 9 OZO ACADEMY Training has always been a fundamental foundation for the group s success, consequently the group felt the need to invest in its own state of the art training academy. Founded in 2014 OzoAcademy is the only private academy of its kind. The concept of the OzoAcademy is built on the principal foundations of OzoMalta, which reflects the company s mission to offer its clients the best service from highly trained personnel. The Academy offers a variety of courses ranging from cleaning methodology to health and safety and the training modules can be delivered separately or as part of a comprehensive programme. OzoAcademy is considered the best in the industry and the default place for private hospitality training. The Academy was created to effectively promote and deliver high quality training for the general hospitality industry including general cleaning, housekeeping, food and beverage amongst others. The Academy s custom made courses are aimed at meeting the industry s highest level of standards, while carefully selected lecturers bring to the Academy a wealth of experience from their diverse expertise. The substantial suite of training rooms at our Academy in Qormi, includes a modern state of the art facility which offers participants the opportunity to grasp both theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills as part of a well-planned learning structure.

Professional cleaning can address moderate and heavy soil conditions in your carpets. How often you ll need professional cleaning depends on soil build-up, traffic, type and colour of carpeting. A good rule of thumb would be to professionally clean your carpet every 12 months. The best advice is to clean carpets before they become totally saturated with soil. If you wait until carpets look really dirty, the carpets may never be restored to their former appearance. Dirt builds up in layers, and when a carpet looks dirty you are only seeing the dirt at the tips of the fibres. More dirt is hiding below the surface down near the base of the pile, causing damage to the carpet. 14 OZO SECURITY Founded in 2013 and stationed in Qormi, OzoSecurity is rapidly growing within the industry and the growth is based on employing the best personnel for the job. The Company is fully licensed with the Police and is registered within the Companies Act, The Agency provides well trained and licensed Private Security Guards for all types of businesses and enterprises of any kind including Government and Private institutions such as factories, sites under construction, hotels and other buildings. OzoSecurity also provide Private Security Guards during events in order to control crowds. The Company also intendeds to start coordinating a Neighborhood watch system. The most important aspect within our company is to safeguard and protect property and to preserve order.

In 2015, OzoGroup came across a golden opportunity to buy into one of Malta s finest Household detergent manufacturing companies. With a vision of further expansion, the intention is that a professional line for hotels and laundries is created. Momentarily, the manufactured product has only been sold on the local market, but the intention is that the product is spread across shops and franchises all over Europe and the UK.

25 OZO HOSPITALITY OzoHospitality, is a company that employs over 500 employees and specialise in Outsourcing Hotel Personnel. HSCL Ltd, is in the final stages of finalizing a takeover, a take over that sees OzoGroup Ltd its sole shareholder. OzoGroup, will adapt the successful strategy used in OzoMalta in order to make HSCL bigger.
