5 QUALITY ASSURANCE No product or service is ever delivered to our customers without having passed all the established Quality Assurance controls, guaranteeing a high quality standard. Promoest Project Managers are assigned with the management of technical and human resources, the setting of the operating methods and processes and the performance of the required verification checks. They are likewise responsible for the assessment of the results obtained, concerning product quality and customer satisfaction. Each translation, page layout or other service provided is subject to standard controls as well as to specific checks agreed in advance with the customer.

6 PROMOEST: A CERTIFIED COMPANY Promoest working procedures are in line with the Feder.Cen.Tr.l. quality manual models. Promoest was one of the first companies of the sector to adopt the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System standard. It is also a member of FederLingue and GALA. We apply the Code of Conduct for the language services industry 2017 drafted by Federlingue together with the Chamber of Commerce.

7 OUR COLLABORATORS The translators working with Promoest are members of AITI and ANITI and have at least five years of experience. Some of them are teachers at universities and schools for interpreters, and many are registered with their local law court as sworn translators. EACH TRANSLATOR TRANSLATES ONLY INTO THEIR MOTHER TONGUE.

8 WORKING PROCEDURES 1. QUOTATION PLANNING AND PREPARATION During the preparation phase, translations are assessed and classified according to the following criteria: Cultural, scientific and technical competence required to understand and make the text clearer in the target language. Specific Terminology; Style. Such assessments are made by the Project Managers who follow each project from the beginning to the end.

9 WORKING PROCEDURES 2. SERVICE PERFORMANCE We always seek to satisfy our customers needs as far as the work schedule is concerned, compatibly with the time available to our collaborators. At times, speed is just as important as quality, both in preparing and setting up the work and in the execution and delivery. Where possible, thanks to the cooperation of our customers, we provide our translators with reference documents and glossaries as well as expert advice.

10 WORKING PROCEDURES 3. PREPARING THE GLOSSARIES Each customer often adopts the specific terminology typical of the sector in which it operates. We complete and update glossaries for each customer to assure maximum terminological consistency. For this puropose, we also use a special terminology management software.

11 WORKING PROCEDURES 4. SERVICE REVIEW AND CONTROL This is where the Project Managers come into play, checking the translated texts to guarantee maximum quality. Our Project Managers are qualified consultants: they have a university degree, proficiency of at least two foreign languages, constant education and they are expert in using management systems and Office programs. They also select the best resources for each project, operating as a link between the customer and the Promoest competence chain. We pay attention to the page layout of the original text when translating and we provide a page layout service with specific programs upon request.
