Trust your team. Don t let distance let you become control freak. People can do what you have asked them to do. Communicate, Communicate, Communicate. If necessary you might need to meet more often.

Need to determine what works best for situation/team. Valuable commodity. Use effectively. Think about where others are located. Assume 50% of day will be on phone. 15
