19 How are we Wired? (Cont) Military Training is Thorough o How do we prove that the training works? o Survival is the proof Failure has life or death consequences Failure doesn t only have the potential to affect the individual, but also the unit as a whole.

21 Project Recommendations Make sure your eyes are WIDE open o Don t be shy or naive o Ask questions of sponsor to set proper expectations. o Ask your self a simple question. Can I do this? o And the answer is always
22 Personnel Recommendations As PM s we are not often given the option of picking our teams, we inherit them. So what do we do? o First things first, assess the situation. o Ask questions, lots of questions o Learn more about your team, what makes them tick?
