We have a broad range of experience in earthmoving and haulage with a background in transport grain and cotton seed for merchants, Graincorp and Australian Country Choice. We have then expanded into haulage of sand and gravel to meet the growing need in the expansion of the resource sector. We are able to supply/haul large volumes of products for our clients. With the different configurations we are very diverse for your needs as we are able to carry different volumes to suit each client s needs. We are a business that ensures a safety culture based on respect, honesty and integrity. We believe in giving a quality service, first time, every time and this is best achieved by both management and personnel working together. 3 Suttons Haulage and Earthmoving offer the following services: Extraction and haulage of gravel/sand for construction of roads, well pads, lay down yards and foundations Civil Construction road maintenance Water Solutions dust control or removal of waste water Agriculture deliver of product for farming such as manure and gypsum Grain and Cotton Seed transportation Gas Gathering - Transport of poly and steel gas and water gathering pipes, along with any other freight required within the industry. Drilling Component moving drill rigs, campsites, waste water Pipelines Bedding sand for water and gas pipelines Re- vegetation/rehabilitation fertilizer and seeding of areas around wells and pipelines, once construction is completed We at Sutton s Haulage & Earthmoving offer an efficient and reliable service now and would be willing to expand the services we currently have available to be able to deliver even greater volumes should this be required.

4 Sutton s Haulage and Earthmoving Pty Ltd currently have 7 Prime Movers, all can be very diverse units as they are able to be configurations of single, B- Double, A- B Triples to Triples, with the capacity to carry from 25 tonne per load, as a single to 75 tonne as a Triple. In areas permitting the use of Quads 4 trailers our Prime movers are able to use these configurations also. By having the bigger units we are able to deliver products a lot quicker than a single as the bulk of the delivery is a lot larger.

This allows any problems to be identified and repaired immediately. All equipment is serviced at least monthly, or sooner should it be required, according to our Monthly Quality Service Sheets. A service register is also completed which allows the recording of monthly services, and any quarterly and yearly repairs or adjustments that need to be performed.

6 Yard Size We are pleased to have a rather large yard of 200m x 200m, with a Hard Stand Area of 175m x 175m that is equipped with a service machinery shed of 18m x 36m x 7.5m. There is also a second Hard Stand laydown and equipment parking area available 80m x 80m. Office Area The office we have is 10m x 20m which allows for future expansion, while workers are able to complete their work in a comfortable working environment.

7 Suttons Haulage employ 6 full time and 4 part time staff. Our staff here have all completed many inductions. Santos Fluor Ostwald s Haulage of gravel for the purpose of building pads, roads & campsites. Santos Saipem Central Queensland Quarries Gravel for the purpose of building pipe lay down yards. CMC - Central Queensland Quarries Supplying gravel and water trucks for 40Km of main roads construction between Bauhinia Downs and Rolleston QGC Thiess Ostwald s Gravel to compressor station pad at David BMA CHC Sand and gravel for Gas and Water Pipeline Western QLD Graziers Sourcing and delivering Cotton Seed for Drought Fodder for numerous Graziers in western Queensland. Farmers & Rehabilitation Supplying and delivering of natural Gypsum to irrigation farmers, and for rehabilitation projects throughout Queensland and NSW. Sourcing and supplying various seeds for grasses and other feed sources for livestock. Organising the purchase and delivery of manure for pasture improvements. Wagner s Roper Bar, Western Dessert Haulage of Iron Ore from Roper Bar to Bing Bong out load facilities. 9 With this project we were able to extract and supply over 75,000 cubic metres of laterite. Here we were able to exceed the original supply of 12,000 cubic metres.

10 Side Tipper at work unloading sand As the bin rolls over to empty the chassis of the tipper is still stable and even to prevent the whole trailer from tipping over. Here at Sutton s Haulage and Earthmoving we implement our own Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality Management Plan that details how work is undertaken and performed, to prevent harm to people and the environment and secure quality undertakings. This HSSEQMP applies to all personnel, including all Subcontractors and visitors. We also ensure that our business in conducted in an environmentally responsible manner. SAFETY MANANGEMENT SYSTEM Process Safety is the application of management systems for the identification, understanding, and control of process hazards to prevent process related injuries and incidents. We understand the concept and are continuously working towards improving our maintenance and operational systems for managing the safety of processes via a risk based process safety approach.

11 HEALTH All personnel, employees or subcontractors, are encouraged to work together to keep everybody safe. There are not only the risks from the tasks being performed but also from other factors, including, heat stress, fatigue, etc. There are steps that everybody on the worksite are informed about, through Prestart/Toolbox topics, and refreshed during monthly training. 12 With side tippers the load is able to be unloaded close to the stockpile making it easier to manage and helping make a neater stockpile RISK MANAGEMENT Risk Assessments are conducted for all works and reviewed on a regular basis. This helps to ensure that all aspects are constructed, operated and maintained without unacceptable risk to the environment or health and safety of personnel. This is achieved through a risk assessment process, conducted prior to commencement of work. Therefore all agreements, scheduled dates for completion of work, all work required etc is confirmed between the employer and director, therefore supplying a personalised service. All our management and employees have an ongoing easy relationship with all other contractors that we have worked with on previous contracts/operations.
