3 OUR COMPANY MPC Earthmoving Pty Ltd is a professional earthmoving and haulage business specialising in; Civil Infrastructure Works Conservation Earthworks Rural Infrastructure Works Residential, Rural, Commercial and Industrial Subdivisions Rail Infrastructure Earthworks OUR HISTORY Since 2004 our company has successfully delivered quality results for our clients with projects ranging from less than 1 million and up to 5 million dollars. Regardless of the size of the project MPC Earthmoving Pty Ltd are experienced in delivering quality work on time and on budget. We are committed to the highest standards of service, quality and value for all of our clients. Our fleet consists of an excellent selection of up to date and well maintained plant and equipment which is regularly maintained to the highest standard to ensure reliable and safe operation. All of our equipment meets full mine specifications. We have a dedicated, qualified and experienced team of people working together through our integrated management system, to ensure all aspects of our projects are carried out safely, effectively, efficiently and in an environmentally responsible manner. 5 CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS Whatever the size of the project, we have the skills and expertise to deliver a quality result! Boggabri MPC Earthmoving Pty Ltd offers civil construction services throughout Australia. We have been instrumental in providing quality services for civil infrastructure works since Our experience and collaborative approach with clients enables us to deliver a broad range of civil infrastructure works tailored to each unique operating environment. Coal Expansion Project: Idemitsu - Provision of rehabilitation earthworks for the mine site; detailed earthworks for major infrastructure; repairs and maintenance of main haulage roads; site maintenance including weed control; general earthworks for site water management including construction of storage dams, installation of box culverts, headwalls and concrete pipes; shutdown maintenance including cleaning of major coal storage areas. Boggabri Maules Creek Project: Leightons Provision of earthworks for construction of a major mine rail loop; including bulk earthworks for the rail corridor; detailed excavations including; final trim of batters, road surfaces, rail corridor; rehabilitation earthworks of surrounding areas of the rail corridor; onsite water management. Werris Creek Storm Water Augmentation Scheme: Liverpool Plains Shire Council-Provision of all major and minor earthworks including installation of water and drainage utilities, involving the installation of 6700 meters of storm water concrete pipe ranging from 375 to 1050mm; box culverts; gross pollutants traps; 900 meters of kerb and gutter construction; 120 in situ gully and junction pits. Gunnedah Rural Health Centre: Baxter O Hara Building- Undertaking bulk and detailed earthwork services that included roads, car parks, footings and footpaths; final landscaping of the construction site.

6 CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS Hunter 8 Alliance, Branxton: John Holland- Provision of bulk and detailed earthworks for drainage infrastructure including the installation of box culverts, headwalls, steel and concrete pipes ranging from 300mm to1800mm in size. North West Cancer Centre Lake Keepit Dam Upgrade: John Holland- Provision of bulk earthworks, including the construction of the dam wall. Australian Equine And Livestock Event: Provision of contract services involving earthworks for major infrastructure including the main arena; roads and utility services such as sewerage and water; final trim detail for footings for buildings. Farrer Memorial North West Cancer Centre: Richard Crookes Constructions- Provision of bulk earthworks including cut and fill, continuous piering; detailed earthworks for retaining walls, continuous piering kerb and guttering, footpath and car park. Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School: Provision of contract services involving bulk earthworks including building pads, drainage; upgrade of existing roads and preparation of soil for landscaping. Nundle State Forest Nundle State Forest: Forestry Corporation of NSW- Provision of major and minor earthworks including the upgrading of existing roads infrastructure, installation of storm water pipes and culverts in the Nundle State Forest.

7 CONSERVATION EARTHWORKS MPC Earthmoving Pty Ltd has the resources and experience to manage all types of conservation earthworks including rehabilitation planning; undertaking erosion and sediment control; rehabilitation of degraded areas and mine sites; planning and constructing earthworks for re-vegetation; catchment and property conservation management. Some of our projects include: Upper Timbumburi And Duri Landcare Groups: Landcare NSW- Construction of rock flumes for water management; earthworks for erosion and sediment control; soil preparation for planting of vegetation. Private Landholders: Construction of contour banks and earthworks for erosion and sediment control and re-vegetation. Boggabri, Maules Creek Project: Leightons Provision of rehabilitation earthworks for the surrounding areas of the rail corridor and of onsite water management. Central Ranges Pipeline: Jemena - Earthworks for the rehabilitation of an existing gas pipeline corridor including erosion and sediment control. Boggabri Coal Expansion Project: Idemitsu -Provision of rehabilitation earthworks; general earthworks including site water management, catchment management and sediment and erosion control.

8 RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS We continue to deliver quality work for private landholders including the historic Goonoo Goonoo Station. MPC Earthmoving Pty Ltd can ensure quality service outcomes for our clients through the advantage of the skills and expertise of both management and staff. MPC Earthmoving owner, Lindsay Ausling s induction into the rural earthmoving sector commenced over 20 years ago. Both Lindsay and the team are well experienced in all aspects of rural earthworks. Our expertise covers; dam construction; road works; irrigation earthworks; land clearing and preparation of surfaces for sheds and other infrastructure; levee bank construction; erosion and sediment control; rehabilitation of degraded land areas; planning and constructing earthworks for re-vegetation and catchment; property conservation management.

All our work meets Local Government and Roads and Maritimes Services specifications. North West Cancer Centre: Richard Crookes Constructions- Provision of bulk earthworks including cut and fill; continuous piering; detailed earthworks for retaining walls, kerb and guttering, footpath and car park. 10 RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS MPC Earthmoving Pty Ltd has the skills, equipment and experience to handle any rail construction projects as well as bulk and detailed earthworks for construction of rail networks. Since 2013 we have provided service and quality results for our clients including: Boggabri, Maules Creek Rail Project: Leightons- Provision of earthworks for the construction of a major mine rail loop, involving bulk earthworks for the rail corridor; detailed excavations; final trim of batters, road surfaces and rail corridor. 14 STAFF We are committed to the local communities that we operate in and employ locally wherever possible. MPC Earthmoving Pty Ltd has a team of capable and quality employees and we consistently invest in our people, believing they are one of our most important assets. Our team consists of experienced and skilled certified plant and machinery operators, tradesman, an accredited VOC trainer, and an in-house plant mechanic. All projects are managed through the management team with clearly defined and fully accountable management structures. We have the advantage of having staff that are experienced and qualified in all facets of the earthmoving and construction industry, who pride themselves on providing our clients with a quality service and successfully completed projects.

15 THE MANAGEMENT TEAM We take pride in providing our clients with quality results and that s how we set ourselves apart - Lindsay Ausling. LINDSAY AUSLING- Managing Director Lindsay started his own earthmoving business Mooroori Pastoral Company in the early 90 s originally focusing on rural earthworks and conservation. Over time, the business grew to become more involved in all aspects of civil and subdivision work. This lead to changing the name to MPC Earthmoving Pty Ltd in Today the family business continues to go from strength to strength. Lindsay has various qualifications including Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Diploma in Conservation Earthworks. Lindsay has passed down to his sons the passion for earthmoving and the belief in providing clients with a quality service and product. Lindsay along with his two sons Peter and Ben have built the business into what it is today. Our relationships are built on a timely and reliable quality service - Peter Ausling PETER AUSLING- General Manager Peter is responsible for the day to day operations of the business. Having grown up and worked in the construction and earthmoving business he is very well equipped to run the day to day operations of the business. Peter manages over 20 employees and various subcontractors across many sites. His experience across a broad range of operations includes; management of site works and plant operation, maintenance of machines, coordination of personnel and management for construction, earthmoving and mining earthworks. Peter has strong organisational and management capabilities, liaising with both private and public bodies.

16 FLEET All our fleet is regularly maintained to the highest standards to ensure reliable and safe operation. MPC Earthmoving Pty Ltd offers a large and diverse selection of up to date, well-maintained plant and equipment. All our fleet is regularly maintained to the highest standards to ensure reliable and safe operation. We have the benefit of an in-house mechanic to carry out any maintenance required on our machinery or on that of our clients, which means minimal down time and costs for all involved. All of our equipment meets MDG 15 specifications. Our fleet of machinery is constantly upgraded with the latest technological advances including a full 3d GPS system and a machinery performance management system that monitors productivity and performance of individual machines. This system provides alerts such as service dates, replacement requirements and any machinery concerns.
