3 Please read and sign below; to indicate that you have read and understand the requirements and responsibilities of holding an office on the Class 2020 Executive Board. 1- To run for elected office, you must be in good academic standing (not currently academically ineligible), which must be verified by the Registrar. Registrar Signature: 2- To be on the Executive Board, you must attend AT LEAST ONE class each semester at CHS. It is important to be able to check in with advisors and student body on a regular basis, and to have knowledge of the day to day happenings at CHS. 3- All members on the Executive Board must make attending weekly morning meetings a firm priority. During peak times and event planning, after school or evening meetings/rehearsals may be necessary. 4- All members on the Executive Board must be able to make the responsibilities of their office their top priority over other extra-curricular activities; especially during Homecoming and any other school wide event that the Class of 2019 sponsors and participates in. It is expected that officers will exercise excellent time management and organizational skills. 5- All members on Executive Board must be willing to engage in positive and productive communications with Administration, SGA Advisors & officers, Class Executive Board Officers, and all students. -I have read and understand all the requirements and expectations of accepting a Class of 2020 Executive Board Office. -My signature affirms that I meet all requirements; and that I will fully commit to the expectations of the office that I seek.
