You will undertake the Building Surveying Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). During your APC training you will undertake all your experience with the Building Construction team in our Building & Construction Group where you will achieve the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to sit the APC Final Assessment. 2 CIMA, ACCA, CIPD as appropriate Undergraduate or Most degrees especially HR, Finance, Business or Marketing This scheme will enable you to work In various areas of our business support lines. You will gain a breadth of experience in three business support lines including Finance, Human Resources and Marketing. You will work alongside specialists in each area developing skills whilst gaining an insight into how a large business is managed and the vital role Business Support plans in implementing and achieving strategic goals and targets. Develop your business management skills Gain a breadth of experience before choosing your specialism Work towards a professional qualification in your chosen specialism

3 Undergraduate or Available to property and non-property applicants This scheme will enable you to become a chartered surveyor and work in a range of business areas. You will undertake the Commercial Property Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). During your APC training you will have three seat rotations. Each rotation will ensure that you gain the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to sit the APC Final Assessment. Become a chartered surveyor Have the opportunity to work in a variety of JLL business lines

4 MRTPI Undergraduate or RTPI accredited degree This scheme will enable you to become a Planning Consultant. You will undertake the RTPI Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). During your APC training you will undertake all your experience with the Planning Team where you will achieve the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to apply to become a member of the RTPI. You will undertake the Project Management Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). During your APC training you will undertake all your experience with the Project Management team in our Building & Construction Group where you will achieve the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to sit the APC Final Assessment. 6 Undergraduate or RICS accredited Quantity Surveying This scheme will enable you to become a chartered quantity surveyor. You will undertake the Quantity Surveying Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). During your APC training you will undertake all your experience with the Cost Management team in our Building & Construction Group where you will achieve the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to sit the APC Final Assessment. Become a chartered quantity surveyor Specialise in Cost Management

7 2 years CFA Level One (or international equivalent) Undergraduate or Most degrees, especially Finance and Business. This scheme will enable you to work with the transactional side of our business, including Capital Markets and Corporate Finance. You will have the opportunity to complete the CFA Stage 1. During your training you will have two seat rotations, enabling you to gain a breadth of experience in financial modelling and analysis of real estate trends. Have a keen interest in property, and want an alternative to becoming a chartered surveyor Want to gain expertise in financial modelling Want the opportunity to work with a variety of JLL business lines
