We, at Agents Recruitment.com are focused to bring you the best of recruitment activities to recruit insurance agents which have been tried and tested in real life, in real situations and with real people. These recruitment activities are proven techniques which has given great results in all parts of the world, may it be mega cities, small cities, towns or villages. The work which we are doing for insurance recruiters around the world and the amazing feedback which we are receiving for our clients, are overwhelming. Insurance recruiters form India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Lebanon, Thailand, Canada, USA, UK and the list does not end, have recruited their dream insurance agents' team with the help of these recruitment activities. The recruitment activities in the training material 'Recruiting Agents (Edition 1 and 2)' are focused on recruiting different profiles from all walks of life. Here we have taken into consideration every little aspect that should be planned of, while executing a recruitment activity. The recruitment activities in this training material are broadly divided into two categories. Active Activities These activities are focused on meeting the prospective insurance agents personally and convince them for being an insurance agent. In active recruitment activities, we have catered to the most difficult aspects while recruiting an insurance agent, which is, sourcing an insurance agent and ice-breaking techniques. There are professional ways of sourcing the correct and productive profile for recruiting an insurance agent and when we have found that profile, we should also know how to interact with that profile so that he/she gets convinced with the career opportunity which we are offering and finally joins us as an agent. In many countries of the world people are even having a negative attitude towards the concept of commissioned based working style or even hate the word 'Agent'. It becomes very difficult in such type of countries to recruit and retain good quality of insurance agents. The recruitment activities have been designed to give results even in the toughest market situations and against most negative mentality for being an insurance agent. Passive Activities These activities are focused on generating the database of relevant profiles and using them in the best possible manner to derive the desired results from them. There are professional techniques and activities which helps us to generate a relevant and best quality database from our city or even country, which helps us to focus on the people which we need to recruit as an insurance agent. Most of the time it becomes very difficult to generate a database of a specific profile and eventually, we find it very difficult to get a chance to interact with the people of that particular profile. Passive recruitment activities enables us to generate the database of such tough profiles and even helps us to recruit them as an agent. In passive recruitment activities, we have discussed some of the best recruitment activities which have been giving great results to the insurance recruiters around the globe. In this training material, I am providing you my decades of experience in hardcore insurance recruitment.
