2 1) Click Employer 2) Scroll down to click Sign up! 3) Enter address and desired password 4) Enter your Company Name, Contact Name and Phone Number, then include the number of individual shifts you plan to hire for on a weekly basis. 5) A member of our team will be in touch shortly to get your account verified and then you can start creating jobs. -AFTER VERIFICATION- 6) Enter all Company Details, Upload a Company Picture and then you re good to go! 3 1) Click Create Job, create a new venue or select a pre-existing venue then choose your dates. 2) Add a desired role, select the number of people, choose a pay-rate, describe the role conditions, the uniform and then plan shift times for the event dates chosen. 3) Add more roles if needed, otherwise, hit Continue. If this will be a recurring event, save the details, otherwise hit Skip. If necessary, save this job as a template, otherwise hit Skip. 4) Review the Summary and then hit Post Shifts. If you have a voucher/promo code, you can also enter it here. Page 2

4 1) There are three options when making a job offer; 1) Offer to Best Workers 2) Offer to Your Network or... 3) Browse and Offer to Individuals. 2) If you select Best Workers, Syft s algorithm will put your job forward to the very best workers for the shifts. 3) If you select Your Network, your job will be put forward only to those workers found in your trusted pool. 4) If you decide to browse Individuals, Syft will pull up all available skilled workers for that time period selected. Simply select the workers needed then choose Offer to Selected. 1) Tap the Scanner button on the bottom menu. 2) Allow Syft to access the camera. Scan the QR code to check-in the worker to your shift. 3) You can use the same Scanner to scan workers for breaks 4) Remember to scan them to check-out when they finish. Page 3

5 When attempting to contact workers booked on your shifts, first, open the shift in question, choose the workers you wish to contact and tap Message you may then proceed to type & send your message. For checking any Alerts, simply tap the Alerts icon on the footer to bring up what alerts you have. Tapping them will take you to the relevant job/worker related to the alert message. Page 4

6 1) After the shift has ended, you will be able to rate the workers who attended the shift. Firstly, tap the button labelled Rate Workers and then select the work of choice. You have functionality to search for a specific worker if there were certain outstanding workers. 2) Once you tap a specific worker, a tab will appear to rate them select the duties they performed and then rate from 1 to 5 stars. You also have the ability to leave them a comment some constructive feedback would be perfect to help improve our workers even further! Page 5

7 1) In the My Jobs section, upon completion of a job, you will see jobs that require pending Timesheet approval. 2) After tapping these entries, you will be taken to the specific Job tab, where you can tap Timesheet and have the ability to see the cost per worker, to edit the times worked and also the ability to Approve All payments to go to workers. All Approvals need to be completed by 6pm every Monday. 3) To note, you also have the ability to Export the individual Timesheets in order for you to practice good record-keeping. In the Profile section, upon completion of a job, you will see that workers have been added to your selection of workers. Here, you can search for previous workers, contact others and check ratings. 8 1) In the Profile section, tap the Add Venue button to bring up the New Venue field enter the required information here. 2) If the Venue requires an additional area adding, please tap Add Area to bring up the New Area field enter the required information here. 3) Once all information has been entered and checked, please tap Save and you will then have a new venue to select when creating new jobs in future.
