3 1. From the main login screen, you will be able to register with the EY Alumni Network Portal by clicking on Create new account. EY Alumni Network Portal 2

4 1. You will be presented with a screen requesting some personal information to make sure we correctly match your alumni record. Click Submit. EY Alumni Network Portal 3

5 2. Review the Terms of Use, Legal Statement and Data Privacy policy and click on I Agree EY Alumni Network Portal 4

6 3. When you are matched with your alumni records you will be taken to the next step of the registration process: build profile. Use the LinkedIn button to build your profile in one easy step. Use the Configuration button to control what will be visible on your public profile. Note: If you are not matched with your alumni record you will be able to try again. If you are still not matched with your record an alumni network portal administrator will be in contact to assist you. Update your Contact information so former colleagues may connect. You can control what others see by using the Hide/Show functionality for each field under Contact Information. EY Alumni Network Portal 5

7 4. The next step of the registration process is setting your content from the following three options. Once you have made your selection click Next. EY Alumni Network Portal 6

8 5. You will be redirected to step 4, where you will see the Oceania welcome screen. Click on Finish to enter the portal homepage. EY Alumni Network Portal 7

9 After clicking on Finish you will be redirected to the Alumni homepage. EY Alumni Network Portal 8
