1 Mobile Manager App Overview Manager Interview Scheduling Quick Reference Guide The FLEX Mobile application is organized into five primary sections. This guide will provide you with an overview of each of these sections, and help you get started.

2 Introducing Action Items Every action you need to take, literally at your fingertips Welcome to your Mobile Dashboard The first screen you come to after logging into the app is the Dashboard. From here, you can see all of the Action Items that Swipe across the screen to view cards pending your review Select a Requests from the homepage Tap a card to view its details Tap the or X to approve or reject items Tap the Action Items text to see a categorized list Categorized List of Action Items From the dashboard, tapping the Action Items menu selection will bring you to a categorized list of all of your Tap next to each item to approve or reject them individually Tap Select All to select and approve all items at once Provide Worker Feedback From the categorized list, select the final tab called Feedback. From here you can easily provide feedback on workers at the end of the engagement. Tap the stars to provide a rating Page 2

3 Introducing New Talent Quickly review all submitted candidates and project quotes Swipe Through Candidates and Quotes From the Dashboard, the second navigation item is called New Talent. From here, you will see cards representing any new candidates or quotes that have been submitted and are awaiting your review. Swipe across the screen to view the candidates and quotes Tap a card to view the candidate or project quote details View Candidate Resumes From the Dashboard, tapping on the New Talent navigation item will take you to a list where you can view all of the Candidates submitted to open engagements that you have in FLEX. Tap on View Resume to view the document Review Project (SOW) Quotes The second tab on this screen (entitled Projects) will allow you to toggle between candidates that have been submitted for your review, and project quotes. Once on the Projects tab, tapping on a quote will bring you to view the Quote Details page, as well as any attachments. Page 3

4 Introducing My Postings Your requests for new contingent workers and projects View Your Contingent Worker Requests From the Dashboard, the third navigation item is called My Postings. Tapping on this menu item will take you to a list of all of your open requisitions in FLEX. Tapping on a requisition will take you to the Request Details page, where you can view all of the requisition details, candidates submitted, approvals, etc. Tap a requisition to view its details Tap Candidates to view submitted Candidates Tap Approvals to view engagement approvals View Your Open Project Requests From the Dashboard, tapping on the My Postings navigation item will bring you to the list of open Contingent Worker Requests. Tapping on the Projects tab will bring you to the Projects List, where you can view all of your open Project Requisitions in Tap a project to view its details Tap Quotes to view quotes submitted for that project Tap Approvals to view project approvals Page 4

5 Introducing Interview Scheduling Quickly schedule interviews with candidates Scheduling a Candidate Interview From the Dashboard, tap on New Talent from the bottom navigation. You will see cards representing any new candidates. Tap on a candidate card and scroll down to tap on Request Interview. Tap on a Candidate to view their profile and schedule an interview Entering Interview Details Select the Interview Type, Method, and Date & Time, for your candidate interview. Tap on Add Interview Slot after selecting the interview details Page 5

6 Introducing My Workforce Your active engagements for contingent workers and projects Your Workers at a Glance FLEX Mobile gives you the ability to quickly and easily view all Workers you currently have on assignment. From the Dashboard, tap on the My Workforce navigation item, to view a list of all Workers. Tap on a Worker to see assignment details View All of Your Projects Viewing all of your active projects is just as easy. To view your projects, tap the My Projects tab, and you will be shown a list of your open project engagements. Tap on a Project to see the details Page 6
