Describe any Additional Charges (Overtime Rates, Weekend/ Holiday Rates, etc.) - Specialty Equipment charges and Rental Equipment will be invoiced at cost plus 15% - Any cleanup expenses relating to Hazmat material found to be damaged will be the responsibility of the owner of the goods. - Blocking and Bracing Required for Reloading: Cost of Materials plus 15% plus labor at $35.00/hr minimum charge $ Lift Vans requiring opening, nailing and re-banding: Cost of Materials plus 15% plus labor at $35.00/hr minimum charge $25.00 Hours of Operation : Normal work hours are from 08:00-16:00, Monday through Friday except for federally mandated holidays. If the CES is required to open after normal working hours at the request of governmental agencies for unscheduled examinations an additional surcharge of $35.00 /labor hour will be applied (minimum 4 hours). NOTE: If the CBP offices at our facility are manned on a twenty four (24) hour schedule, we will staff the facility accordingly and work performed during those hours will be considered scheduled inspections. 8. Payment Terms: We recommend setting up an account for large Importers/Brokers and Carriers. Payment in full is required upon completion of the inspection and before the cargo and trailer leave the facility.
