4 2.3) Additional Charges Shipping Line/Airline, sea/air port and Co-loader charges applicable on shipments will be charged additionally as per receipt plus an outlay fee of 15%. Below mentioned are the cost for your budget purposes. Air freight shipments Airline service fee charged at USD 0.08 per chargeable Kg. Airport storage charged at USD 0.10 per chargeable Kg, per day. Airport miscellaneous charges charged at USD per consignment, per waybill. Sea FCL shipments THC, CIC, ECRS, wharfage, terminal fees charged at approximately at USD per 20 container and USD 1, per 40 container. Port storage charged at USD per container, per day. Port miscellaneous charges charged at USD per container, per waybill Shipping line Detention / Demurrage as per receipt plus outlay Sea LCL shipments LCL, THC, port charges, CFS handling charged at approximately at USD per CBM, per consignment. Port storage charged at USD 7.00 per CBM, per day. Port miscellaneous charges charged at USD per consignment, per waybill. Late arrival surcharge at 50% of the basic handling charges (if applicable). Any penalties due to late submission of documents, improper declaration of goods, undervaluation or non-declaration shall be informed to the exhibitor and will be charged at cost. Overtime and weekend working will be subject to a 50% and 100 % surcharge respectively and will be charged additionally. Conversion fees from temporary to permanent charged per prime Customs bill of entry (first line) USD per entry. Thereafter per each additional line USD 5.00 per line per classification. Value Added Tax (VAT) at 16% where applicable on all handling charges. For shipments that need special permits from any Ministry or Governmental authorities all costs will be billed additionally and quoted on a case to case basis. An application fee for such import permits or any government agencies will be charged at USD per application, per consignment. Removal of handling of sold exhibits and cargo to the warehouse for completion of permanent import conversation process will be charged at USD per CBM with a Minimum 2 CBM charge per shipment per exhibitor. Heavy-lift surcharge will apply for an individual item over 2000 kilograms and also for units in excess of 200 x 200 x 250cms. Surcharge will be +50% of tariff handling rates. Courier Shipments sent to Manila consigned to us will be subject to a Courier handling and Service fee. Please contact us with the shipping document and cargo details in order for us to quote you handling charges on a case to case basis. Shipments delayed in export either by air or sea by more than 15 days from the close of the show, will be subject to a storage fee plus an additional handling and transportation fees covering the movement into the warehouse for interim storage. This will be quoted on a case to case basis where applicable. Page 3

5 2.4) Miscellaneous Remarks All other rates quoted herein exclude: - Airline/Airport/Seaport storage or demurrage charges if applicable will be additional on early arrival shipments (irrespective of the cargo arrival deadlines mentioned in the shipping guidelines). The free time permitted for shipments is 5 days from the port and shipping line for the containers to be unloaded and delivered back to port, effective from date of arrival. Any third party charges incurred, beyond our control. Storage and handling of empty cases are subject to availability of free storage space on-site. Additional charges may apply for off-site storage or charges levied by the venue towards the space required on-site. Split delivery of freight into different stands/halls locations, where additional handling is required. Unforeseen charges, such as loading/unloading, packing/unpacking at sea/airport for Customs inspection. Provision of hire of equipment and manpower fork lift, crane, pallet truck, packing materials, labour etc. For additional services not listed above, individual quotations will be provided based on your requirement.
