A relevant Mediterranean commercial and passenger harbor (ferries depart from Livorno for Sicily, Sardinia and Corsica, Elba Island and Capraia. It was founded in 1987 and is mainly Public (70%) with a capital stock of 10 MEuro. ATL DRT services operate mainly on the urban area, on the rural area surrounding Livorno, and on other peripheral zones ( Cecina and Valle Benedetta)

13 RESULTS AND PROBLEMS Interest in DRT service not only among public transport users Good acceptance by the inhabitants of the served area High customer satisfaction level in DRT users TDC high costs Needs to improve TDC workflow managing a number of DRTS served zones at the same time Needs to reduce number of phone calls to avoid overcharge of online work of TDC operators Needs to improve service accessibility via WEB/sms Needs to improve quality and quantity of information for the customers... reasons for the Flexible Mobility Services Agency creation
