1 ACI CARGO PROJECTS DRUM STATOR 184 TON 2016 ACI CARGO PROJECTS Drum Stator 184 Ton Colombia, 2016 DRUM STATOR OF 184 TONS INTRODUCTION REPORT OF THE PROJECT ACI CARGO has been responsible to coordinate the logistic to transport a DRUM STATOR of 184 Tons from Shanghai port (China) to the GECELCA 3 plant in Montelibano, Córdoba (Colombia). Per months, our specialized team was gathering all the relevant information for the logistic required allowing the successful transport of this piece. The cargo arrived to Colombia last April 27th. ACI Team coordinated all the customs procedures with customs authorities in order to start the special transit to Montelibano (Cordoba). ACI cargo planned in advance the multimodal transport with his partner Mamut: from Barranquilla to Caucasia (Antioquia) by Magdalena and Cauca Rivers; and Caucasia- Montelibano (Cordoba) by land, doing previous studios for the mobilization of the piece for each ways and bridges on this route. Previous of the cargo arrived to Colombia and according the complex logistics required, ACI team analyzed in detail the final mobilizations of the piece by the rivers, because the weather at the beginning of the year in Colombia, was not favorable because of the low level of water caused by the drought. Therefore ACI planned some additional options to face up this difficult circumstances. However when the cargo arrived to Barranquilla, the levels of the rivers were higher, thanks the last days it s started raining, so it was beneficial according the initial logistic planned. When ACI had the approval of Colombian customs to proceed, we coordinated the modular at the port for the load where our professional team synchronized the movements to transport the cargo over the barge in order to start the transit by the Magdalena River. To receive the cargo in Caucasia, where is the final point of river transportation, ACI Team had to build a provisional port to offload the cargo from the barge and to start the transportation by land. ACI Team anticipated appropriate permissions to government entities to strengthen 8 bridges and to prepare the ways where the cargo is going to go through according the dimensions and weight of the cargo. OBJECTIVE Transport this piece from Shanghai Port, until the location of Gecelca III project in Caucasia, Córdoba, Colombia. Description: DRUM Long: m / ft Width: 2.14 m / 7.02 ft High: 3.35 m / ft Total WEIGHT: 184 Ton ROUTE Port of Origin: Shanghai (China) / By Ocean Port Of Destination: Barranquilla (Colombia) / By Ocean Place to deliver: Montelibano, Cordoba (Colombia) / By river and land PROFESSIONAL TEAMWORK Our professional team was coordinating all the process per months. It was a teamwork with our partners Sinotrans in China, Mamut for the Inalnd transportation in Colombia and off course ACI Cargo for all the logistic coordination.

3 ACI CARGO PROJECTS DRUM STATOR 184 TON Report 3 CARGO ARRIVE TO COLOMBIA Offload the cargo from the Vessel Details of the International Logistic The cargo departed from Shanghai at the end of March and arrived to Barranquilla Port in Colombia last April 27 th. The logistic planned in Colombia was to transport this pieces from port to Barranquilla to Caucasia by River (Magdalena and Cauca River) and from Caucasia to Montelibano by land. In cooperation with our partner SINOTRANS CHINA, the process was coordinated taking account the weather conditions In Colombia according the logistic planned over the rivers to transport the pieces in Colombia. There were some concerns about the hard and difficult conditions of the rivers because the weather over this region was so dry at the beginning of the year. Load to the Barge Therefore, coworkers of Aci Cargo and Sinotrans held a meeting with CORMAGDALENA, the corporations who has the aim to ensure the recovery of navigation and port activities of the Rio Grande de la Magdalena. We analyze possible forecasts about the levels of the Magdalena River with them who has specific investigations of the river. At the end, these forecasts were positive according the specialists, however ACI Cargo Team were analyzing more options to avoid difficult circumstances if the levels of the rivers weren t appropriate. Fortunately when the cargo arrived to Barranquilla, the levels of the rivers were in good conditions to navigate. In this way, ACI Cargo team coordinated the modular to proceed with the offload of the cargo from the vessel to over it. Then, the cargo was moved over the Barge in cooperation with the operators of Barranquilla Port in order to start the transportation by the Magdalena River. ACI Cargo Agencia de Aduanas, the custom broker of ACI Cargo group, made all the customs procedures to start the special transit from Barranquilla Port to Montelibano (Cordoba). SINOTRANS COOPERATION Sinotrans is our partner in Chine to handle Cargo Projects from this country. Per years we are working together for important projects between China and Colombia.

4 ACI CARGO PROJECTS DRUM STATOR 184 TON Report 4 National Logistics Logistic by River Cargo was loaded over the barge in Barranquilla to start the transit by the Magdalena and Cuaca Rivers. Then, the Drum arrived to Caucasia (Antioquia), where was a provisional quay to offload the cargo from the barge to proceed with the transit by land to Montelibano (Cordoba).

Roll Off Operation When the cargo arrive to the quay of Caucacia, we made additional adjustment of this quay due to conditions of the high level of the river that forced maneuvers with the barge to offloading the piece successfully. 2. Permissions to transport We get all the permissions required by the Colombian Authorities to transport the cargo by the ways from Caucasia to Montelibano because of the dimensions and weight of the cargo. We held meetings with the institution specialized on this matter, Ministerio de Transporte, to get the licenses. 3. Strengthening Of Bridges In cooperation with the engineers of Mamut, the principal bridges were readjusted and strengthening to avoid difficult circumstances when the Drum passed over them. Thanks to that, the piece could cross all the roads without problems. Strengthening of Bridges Some of the Bridges strengthening from Caucasia to Montelibano were: Puente rio Ure Muchas Aguas Los Nietos El Tigre 4. Offload at final destination: Gecelca III The cargo was offloaded at GECELCA III plant successfully, as a result of our professional teamwork.
