The FAST (Free and Secure Trade) program is a U.S. initiative to secure and facilitate trade FAST Characteristics: Offered in concert with C-TPAT security program (-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) Based on voluntary private-sector participation Available at all major U.S.-Mexico border crossings 5
