18 Regulation 6 Inspection Where the safety of work equipment depends on installation it must be inspected: After installation and before being put into service for the first time or. After assembly at a new site or in a new location. PUWER Reg 6 18

22 Regulation 6 Inspection Every employer shall ensure that no work equipment. a) Leaves their undertaking, or b) If obtained from the undertaking of another person, is used in their undertaking unless- It is accompanied by physical evidence that the last inspection required by this regulation has been carried out.
