2 COSTUMIZED INNOVATION Pankl Aerospace specializes to be the one stop shop for the aviation business by offering the complete range from the design of customized aircraft products to the EASA design certification and the delivery of the parts with EASA Form 1.
3 PART 21J ENGINEERING SERVICES Being an EASA Part 21J approved Design Organisation, Pankl Aerospace offers Engineering Services for a variety of projects. The Engineering Services ranges from designing any components based on customer requirements up to the full EASA certification including any testing required. Pankl staff has experience on more than 400 completed certification projects.
4 PART 21G PRODUCTION SERVICES Being an EASA Part 21G approved Production Organisation, Pankl Aerospace offers Production Services for a variety of projects. Pankl Aerospace is the only approved Production Organisation for Flight Safety Parts in Austria. The production services cover metal and composite components based on customer needs. Parts delivered from Pankl Aerospace are used in Turbine Engines, Helicopter Drive Lines and Aircraft Cabins.
5 EXAMPLES ON PANKL AEROSPACE PRODUCTS
6 CABIN CLASS DIVIDER Being a supplier of all main cabin components, Pankl has developed a Cabin Class Divider for the installation in the passenger compartment. The Cabin Class Divider can be fully customized according to customer demands and there are no limitations on dimensions, color, aircraft type etc. The units are available either made out of a specific carbon made panel or as a phenolic made panel depending on the customer needs. The weight of the Class Divider will be fully optimized on the customer requirements to achieve the lowest possible weight.
7 CABIN STOWAGES Being a supplier of all main cabin components, Pankl has developed different types of Cabin Stowages for the installation in the passenger compartment. The Cabin Stowages can be fully customized according to customer demands and there are no limitations on dimensions, color, aircraft type etc. The units are available either made out of a specific carbon made panel or as a phenolic made panel depending on the customer needs. 8 LIGHT WEIGHT CARBON LITERATURE POCKET Being a supplier of all main cabin components, Pankl has developed a light weight Literature Pocket for the installation in the passenger compartment. Literature Pockets are fixed on rigid furnishings to allow the stowage of emergency instructions and any advertising material for passengers. The Carbon made Literature Pocket can be fully customized according to customer demands and there are no limitations on dimensions, color, type of leather, etc. The standard Carbon made Literature Pocket shows with ~175 g approximately half the weight of typically used Literature Pockets with a comparable price. 9 COSMETIC HOLDER Being a supplier of all main cabin components, Pankl has developed a Cosmetic Holder for the installation in the Lavatory. The aluminum made Cosmetic Holder can be fully customized according to customer demands and there are no limitations on dimensions, color, surface finish, etc. The Cosmetic Holder design can also be adapted to already installed provisions. Airline names can be painted on specific areas upon request. The standard Cosmetic Holder shows with ~30 g approximately one third of the weight of typically used Cosmetic Holders with a comparable price. Standard Option:
10 CABIN / EXTERIOR PLACARDS Being a supplier of all main cabin components, Pankl is able to offer the production of any cabin and exterior placard required by the customer. Special materials will be used based on the installation location / environment. All cabin placards meets the flammability requirements of EASA CS 25 / FAR 25.
