2 LPE-ST Bare-board-loader is a compact, easy-to-operate module for automatic printed circuit board production. The module separates printed circuit boards from the stack and is used to load production systems. Printed circuit boards are gripped by adjustable vacuum suctions, separated and moved to the area of a transport module with a lifting axis and are deposited there. The through-run of printed circuit boards from printed circuit boards input stations with magazine is possible. In run-through operation, the existing transport module acts as a normal conveyor lmodule with buffer function for one printed circuit board. 11 SR 1000 Conveyor module - accumulating roller principle to further transport printed circuit boards, unloaded by production or handling systems. The length of the transport conveyor for printed circuit boards is mm (or longer as required) and it is equipped with an accumulating roller chain for the pressureless accumulation of printed circuit boards (large accumulation volume in a small space). 23 LPP - 25 FIFO Printed circuit board buffer is a universally usable in-line buffer station for automatic printed circuit board production. Buffering is made according to the FIFO principle. The station consists of a lifting axis, on which a lift with 25 transport belts is mounted. The transport belts are driven by swivelling drive units. Without buffer operation, the arriving printed circuit board is passed via the bottom transport belt without interruption to the downstream unit. As soon as there is a standstill of the downstream unit, the arriving printed circuit boards are temporarily buffered on the transport belts in the lift. When the downstream unit is able to take up printed circuit boards again, the buffered PCB`s are channeled automatically in the production unit according to the FIFO principle. The station consists of a transport conveyor (500-mm lenght). Through the conveyor is on 3 parts of every side with a distance of 120 mm a hoog chain. Among the upward timing the printed circuit board take along with and through that the printed circuit board is between buffered. The chain length and number of hooks determine the possible buffer capacity (e.g.30 PCB). For unload the chain is downward timing and a printed circuit board in the buffer is lay asite on the transport conveyor for the pass-over to the other equipement. Without buffer operation the arriving printed circuit board is passed on via the transport belt without interruption to the following unit. Among a stop of the following eqipement, the arriving printed circuit boards are interim buffered on the hook chain. When the following unit is working the PCB will automatically works to the LIFO principle.
