LTD. The valves are provided with single acting linear pneumatic actuators with fail safe position. The operation of this type of valves, which is in fact very complex due to the very short valve operation times, has been successfully proven during the final acceptance tests. He will report to the and his major role will be to maintain existing client relationships and develop new sustainable markets in both the Nuclear and Petrochemical industries. Ian brings valuable experience to the company, having spent the last 15 years in the nuclear industry with a leading Spanish equipment manufacturer in various senior positions ranging from engineering and purchasing to lastly, Director of Nuclear Business, successfully directing the marketing and sales departments. Prior to his time in Spain, Ian worked for 15 years in the petrochemical industry with McDermott Engineering the US engineering and manufacturing company on both green and brown field projects in the North Sea and Middle East. 3 New Supply for Doel 3&4 Nuclear Power Plant (Belgium) RINGO VALVULAS has been awarded a new P.O. for the supply of butterfly valves for the Doel 3&4 Nuclear Power Plant. The supply includes thirteen 14 butterfly valves class 2, including the pneumatic actuators and the associated instrumentation, required for the cooling system of the plant. The long experience of RINGO VALVULAS in the manufacturing of this kind of valves has been considered as a determining factor to win this new order. This certification, awarded by the Comité Français de Certification des Entreprises pour la Formation et le Suivi du Personnel travaillant sous Rayonnements Ionisants, is essential to supply services to French nuclear power plants. A novelty in this case has been the automatic ultrasonic inspection of the threaded zones on the vessel flange by means of the TAMZOR and PINZOR systems developed by Tecnatom. Tecnatom will provide an inspection Twin Robot for South Korea At the end of last September, Tecnatom was awarded a contract within the framework of an international call for bids for the supply of an ultrasonic inspection machine for GNTP (South Korea). This contract is now added to those already achieved by Tecnatom in the past for the supply of several inspection machines to South Korea. 5 TECNATOM signs a contract for emergency and severe accident management in Japan The Japanese firm Nuclear Engineering Ltd (NEL), with which Tecnatom has a collaboration agreement that was signed in December 2010, has commissioned us to undertake two tasks relating to Emergency and Severe Accident management at nuclear power plants. NEL is an Engineering and Services company, majority -owned by Kansai Electric Power Corporation, that specializes in Plant Engineering. Signature ceremony Tecnatom wins a contract for inspection at the Swiss Mühleberg nuclear power plant (KKM) BKW FMB Energie AG, owner of Mühleberg nuclear power plant (KKM), has awarded Tecnatom the contract for the inspection of its control rod drive housings (CRDHs). The contract also includes the qualification of the ultrasonic and eddy current inspection techniques and the manufacturing of new mock-ups, the latter to be performed by EPRI in 2013 within the framework of a major project for the manufacturing of mock-ups for different areas.

6 Production Record at JUZBADO Factory The ENUSA Juzbado fuel factory reached in 2012 its highest ever production level, reaching 350 tons of equivalent uranium manufactured in this period. This steam generator, manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the ASME and RCC-M codes, is part of a contract signed with CNPE/ SENPEC (Shanghai Electric Nuclear Power Equipment Co.

7 A Steam Generator Shipped to the Hainan Plant in China A steam generator for the Hainan power plant, located in China and owned by HNPC (Hainan Nuclear Power Plant Company), was shipped from the ENSA factory in Maliaño last October 19. This steam generator, manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the ASME and RCC-M codes, is part of a contract signed with CNPE/ SENPEC (Shanghai Electric Nuclear Power Equipment Co.), the purchase order for which also included the manufacture of other generator parts that will be installed in other generators identical to the delivered one and technical assistance support. The manufacturing of these steam generators has required the most advanced and innovative manufacturing techniques and processes and close cooperation and coordination between the project participants. ENSA has already supplied more than one hundred steam generators, mainly for export, and it is currently manufacturing another two generators for the Sanmen-2 plant which is also located in China. ENSA has consolidated its presence in the Chinese market, as it has previously supplied another four steam generators for Qinshan-2 and two fuel casks for Daya Bay. Waterford-3 NPP: Replacement of the Steam Generators Manufactured by ENSA ENSA recently visited the Waterford Steam Electric Station Unit 3 owned by Entergy Operations Inc. in Louisiana (USA), where the two steam generators manufactured and shipped by ENSA from Maliaño last June are being installed. The installation of these generators, the largest of the more than 100 units manufactured and delivered by ENSA to date, is progressing on schedule and the activities are due to be concluded before the end of the year in what will be a record time of two months. Both the manufacturing and the installation of this equipment require the application of advanced, innovative processes and compliance with strict requirements and standards that will assure the safe, reliable operation of the plant. The Entergy personnel have expressed their satisfaction with the quality of the equipment manufactured by ENSA, which has met their expectations.

ENWESA has been congratulated by the plant s Maintenance Service. ENWESA: New Branch Office in France In keeping with the Group s internationalization strategy, ENWESA has opened a new branch office in France, specifically in Roquemaure located twenty kilometers north of Avignon. ENWESA has for several years been providing specialized equipment, valve and condenser servicing and maintenance services to the French nuclear power plants and other facilities, and it has posted steady growth in the volume and diversification of these services. This new office will allow it to better serve its clients and expand ENWESA activities in the French market. ENWESA: The Ascó NPP Refueling Work Successfully Completed Having met all expectations and requirements of quality, safety and planning, the refueling outage of Unit 1 of Ascó Nuclear Power Plant has concluded. ENWESA has had a significant participation in the activities of coordination, risk prevention, main pump servicing, opening and closing of the reactor, steam generators and pressurizer, fuel handling, heat exchanger repair and valve and actuator maintenance. These activities have required a major mobilization of material and human resources by ENWESA.

9 ENSA Will Execute the Field Assembly of the ITER Project Vacuum Vessel On November 30, ITER Organization (IO) and ENSA signed the contract for execution of all the assembly work for the Vacuum Vessel in the ITER Organization facilities in Cadarache, France. The scope of the work that ENSA will execute primarily covers the welding to join the nine sectors and 54 ports that make up the Vacuum Vessel. This work will require a first phase of more than 3 years of preparation and qualification, during which innovative special welding and inspection techniques will be developed, as well as highly complex tools and equipment, all of which will be especially adapted to the difficulties of the various Vacuum Vessel configurations and materials used. Once the preparation and qualification phase is over, the assembly work will be performed in the ITER facilities in Cadarache over a period of 4 years, during which more than 150 very highly qualified workers will be employed in two shifts. ITER is an international project for development of a fusion vessel in which the European Union, China, India, Japan, Korea, Russia and United States are participating. Its purpose is to demonstrate that it is possible to commercially produce electric power with nuclear fusion. ENSA is strongly positioned in the nuclear market for primary circuit components, fuel management and technology services, primarily for nuclear power plants. This contract confirms its high level of specialization in large component welding, based on its ongoing support for investment, research and technological development of all its processes. Its participation in the ITER project is a great opportunity for a pioneering company in the development of new processes, capabilities and high-tech in the field of nuclear fusion.
