5 HOLZ-HER Pressure beam saw Tectra 6120 CLASSIC Tectra 6120 CLASSIC This machine combines high precision proven technology, linear guides and dynamic, extremely fast drives as used on CNC machining centres. Due to the use of these components precision coupled with long life is guaranteed. Control technique and operations A clearly designed workstation ensures convenient ergonomic work practice, making it easy to identify panels and apply labels. The control unit has been specially designed to exceed highest precision requirements using the shortest cycle times as well as operator convenience. Software EasyPlan Optimizing directly at the machine, the possibility to optimize restpieces (drops) and to manually buid matching veneer paterns and to avoid scratches. Saw carriage The optimized and torsion resistant cast iron construction as well as the use of linear guides guarantee a perfect cutting result. Due to the construction of the saw carriage guides and the maintenance free rack drive a durable cutting performance is guaranteed for many years to come. Pusher A welded and highly stable construction with highly precise and hardened linear guides guarantees a very accurate and smooth operation. 15 Annex Control unit CUTCONTROL in detail The TFT-Display with it s especially designed software surface guarantee a simple and quick control of the saw / feeding. Large and well-arranged buttons for the individual functions guarantee highest user comfort. Tabs have been designed for an unsophisticated which allows to change into a different user interface at any time (NC-cut to direct-cut or even into the sawblade change..) Windows based operating system and there for no limitation for entering orders. RJ45 network connection 10/100/1000 Base-T Fast Ethernet, - as interface for an office integration, feeding system, CD/DVD-ROM drive, CD-RW drive to create back up s and to update the system Description Cutcontrol Remote access software - is already pre installed in the control software. Guarantees a quick and cheap solution if any problems shoul occur. Cutting programs / Software menus: Direct cut: guarantees a quick and simple entering of cutting procedures, -manual processing of any special jobs like grooves, cut outs and angel cuts (not for Classic) - also in a graphical way! Further also solid edges or coatings can be cut. All manual programs also can be saved accordingly. NC-Cut: all the orders that have been created via the optimization are graphically displayed and processed in. Due to the use of the 3D graphic mistakes in the actual cutting process can be prevented up front already. By using an analysation software (e.g. HHPlan) all the information like order status, cutting times, break times and user can be seen and controlled. Sawblade change: graphical supported measurement of all the relevant data (S-Width, diameter, position and height). With this info all the parameter measures are automatically corrected and matched to the new sawblade. Display with all the relevant info like e.g. the meters already cut on the main and scoring saw, also with the possibility to print. Function- and Parameter settings: all function- user interfaces are individually set according to the machine and the user. This is how the use of the software gets much simplified and needles time efforts prevented. Maintenance assistant: Informs about needed maintenance. Information can be deleted by authorized person. Needed maintenance is displayed also graphically. Error assistant: helps to allocate any errors quick and easy and also, if possible, to solve the actual problem. Displaying the necessary jobs to be done also in text and graphic. Menu System: all settings and instructions like authorization levels, languages, labels, updates etc. are entered here BDE - Function (Option): - all relevant company information (user, cutting times, break times, errors) are recorded and can be exported!
