7 7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT CENTER PORTFOLIO The main objective for CSC is to support operators and other actors with professional S-92 services. CSC can offer a complete support solution including: Aircraft Maintenance Continuing Airworthiness Lease Return Logistics and Supply Component MRO Design Modifications A support solution delivered by CSC guarantee that customer aircraft systems provide optimum value throughout the life cycle.

8 8 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE All maintenance services will be performed under Saab AB EASA Part 145 Approval Certificate No SE Services: Base maintenance Line maintenance Structural repairs We offer short lead times and high quality workmanship through our experienced and skilled personnel.

9 9 CONTINUING AIRWORTHINESS All Part M Sub-Part G Continuing Airworthiness Services will be performed under Saab AB EASA Part M subpart G+I Approval Certificate No SE.MG Services: Airworthiness Management Fleet Management Engineering Management, monitoring ASB/SSI/CSN/AD Reliability Programs Technical Records

12 12 LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY The Customer Support Center is co-located with Sikorsky Forward Stocking Location in Stavanger Norway, enabling immediate access to spare parts. Services: Full logistic services including customs export/import, shipping/receiving and handling/storage. Control and maintenance of Saab owned local stock of parts and consumables.

13 13 COMPONENT MRO Component maintenance, repair and overhaul for several different aircraft system functionalities. Flight Controls Avionics Radar/EW Flight Safety Equipment Sensors Hydraulics Rescue Hoists Floats/Rafts etc. Saab perform component MRO for several regional and military aircraft types

14 14 DESIGN MODIFICATIONS The Customer Support Center can, thru Saab s EASA approved Part-21.J.108 organization, offer complete modification and repair solutions. Requirement capture Analysis Simulation Design Production Installation and certification work. The work is carried out by a qualified design organisation with a proven track record. We take full responsibility for turnkey modifications and repairs to customer and we are known to be quick and efficient.
