1 Procedure for Accreditation & Training Registration 01. Accreditation & Training Mission Statement The Accreditation & Training Program is in line with the Trakhees Mission to ensure adherence of rules and regulations mandated by the authority through innovation and use of technology to enhance both performance and customer satisfaction. 02. Introduction: This Accreditation & Training Program is specially designed for the service providers who handle various jobs within the jurisdiction. It is mandatory that all the companies working within PCFC jurisdiction are hereby made aware of their obligation to comply with the requirements to get their employees registered as per the requirements depicted on the prequalification procedures. 03. Purpose: The purpose of this procedure is to facilitate the companies in getting their employees registered as per the requirements depicted on the prequalification procedures. The procedure describes the method to apply & get registered under various categories of Training & accreditation, for the companies working under the jurisdiction of Trakhees. 04. Scope: This procedure is applicable to all service providers under the jurisdiction of Trakhees. 05. Course Fees Refer appendix Training Duration Refer appendix 2. Training Duration and Validity Refer appendix Registration Procedure: 8.1 The applicants are required to hold appropriate qualifications relevant to their job functions and roles as described on the relevant prequalification criteria. 8.2 Trakhees reserves its right with respect to the decision for attendance or registration for Training & Accreditation. The decision will be communicated to the concerned applicants & will be binding on them. 8.3 The Booking Form is to be downloaded from EHS websitehttp:// completed in all respect and submitted to EHS-Accreditation at along with all Required Documents. EHS will review the details and send the Payment Advice through to the approved candidates after screening the applications. EHS will confirm the date and time of the course by after sending a copy of the payment receipt to EHS Accreditation. 8.4 The applicant details will be reviewed by our Assessment Team if he is qualified to go through our Training Course. A minimum of 5 working days waiting period is required for obtaining assessment results. 8.5 All applicants who have successfully attended the training & Accreditation Course will be issued with Accreditation/Training Card mentioning relevant course name as per appendix 2. The card will contain a photograph of the candidate and a unique serial number for identification. The Accreditation/Training Card remains the property of EHS and must be surrendered upon request. All registered applicants are required to carry their Accreditation/Training Card with them during working hours as they may be required to present it if asked by the authority REVISION: 01 January 2016 Page 2 of 8

3 8.6 In the event of loss of Accreditation/Training Card, the concerned employer must report it immediately to EHS where a replacement card will be issued upon request approval at a cost of 100, payable prior to the issuance of the card. Before the expiry of the card applicants will be required to attend a refresher course only with prior approval by the authority. The updates will be provided to all registered applicants. After attending the refresher course, the applicants will be issued a new registration card & which will be valid for further. 8.7 If the applicant changes his sponsor, it must be informed to Trakhees accreditation department and Accreditation/Training Card needs to be updated with new sponsor s name. Upon application sponsors name will be changed as per the new visa by paying a fees of 100/- towards replacement of applicants card with amendment. 8.8 Submission of any forged documents (certificates, qualifications, experience etc.) will lead to disqualification/ban as well as legal action against the applicant. 8.9 Validity of the training registration will be up to the Accreditation & Training scheduled date from the payment/or confirmation date. Failure of attendance for the Accreditation & Training scheduled date will lead to the cancellation of current registration and client shall re-register for attending the respective course. Payment will be charged for the re-registration as per the tariff. 09. Required documents for Registration: In order to be accepted for a Trakhees Accreditation program, the following documents (clear copies) must be submitted by 1. Filled Registration Form (filled using the computer (PC), not scanned copy). 2. Colour Passport copy with valid visa page. 3. Trade license copy of the sponsoring company 4. Colour photo in JPEG Format, Size 2 cm x 2 cm 5.
