2 Freight Systems Group has made shipment tracking more convenient from the BlackBerry and Apple iphone mobile devices. Thanks to the new global developing technologies. Customers can track shipment status using references like Container Number, HBL Number, MAWB Number, HAWB Number and Order Number. We have explained in this document, the procedures on how to download our application from BlackBerry App World & iphone App Store and use the same for tracking shipments. Installing Freight Systems - Mobile Application from BlackBerry App World BlackBerry App World allows BlackBerry Smartphone users to discover new applications and download free as well as paid applications into their mobile device. a.) Select BlackBerry App World application from the Menu Section in BlackBerry Device b.) Go to Search tab and type Freight Systems keyword in the search field c.) Our Freight Systems application gets displayed in the list of search results d.) Select Freight Systems application and Click Download to install the application e.) Once the installation process is completed, our mobile tracking application will be found in the Downloads folder of BlackBerry Device Clicking on icon (Freight Systems application) from Downloads folder of BlackBerry device will launch the following screen Last Modified Date:11/05/2011 Page 2 of 9

3 Tracking Application To view the shipment details by using House Bill of Lading (HBL), select HBL No. from the tracking type drop down menu and enter tracking reference number in the field provided below. Then click the Search button to view shipment information which is organized in four menus as explained below a.) Using Milestones menu, complete life cycle of the shipment starting from cargo pickup to delivery can be viewed b.) Shipment Details display information such as origin, destination, weight, volume, DO, cargo description etc. c.) Delivery Details show cargo delivery information at the destination d.) 5 Delivery Details Demurrage Calculator Demurrage Calculator: Enter demurrage date (MM/DD/YYYY format) to calculate storage charges for the shipment. When the Calculate button is clicked, system will display the total number of days & total amount (if available) for shipment storage based on the entered demurrage date Supported BlackBerry Operating System: BlackBerry OS 5.0 or above Last Modified Date:11/05/2011 Page 5 of 9

6 Installing Freight Systems - Mobile Application from iphone App Store App Store is an ultimate source for mobile apps. It helps the user to find an application designed specifically for iphone. a.) Select App Store icon from iphone. Next, you will be presented with featured iphone applications that you can download and install b.) Click on Search Tab which is displayed in the bottom of window c.) Enter the text as Freight Systems in the search field to locate our mobile tracking application d.) Our application gets displayed with FSL logo (icon) in the list of search results e.) Select Freight Systems application and click Install icon to start the installation.
