Each business meeting should last at least 25 minutes (You are kindly requested to attend 11 business meetings at least) Hereby I confirm my commitment to ask each exhibitor I meet for the signature. At the end of the day I will deliver my agenda to the Foreign Buyers Lounge reception desk. Hereby I confirm my commitment to visit the show also the day after business meetings. Rimini Fiera will take on the expenses for a 3-night-accomodation for one person for each company, will provide an interpreter, if necessary, during the meetings and the transfer by shuttle bus from and to the expo centre and from/to Bologna /Ancona/Rimini Apt. only if I participate in the B2B meetings. If after the reservation of my hotel room I will not be able to attend, Rimini Fiera will invoice me the costs for the accommodation.
