2 About the Conference This is the 9th Caretakers & Estate Managers Conference. As the only national event of its kind this is a must attend event for everyone working in the industry. This conference gives delegates the opportunity to learn about new policies, practices and protocols in their ever-changing and ever-increasing roles. In times of financial difficulty and the drive for change, this special two day event will focus on what practical options there are, highlighting areas of value for money and cost savings, amongst other areas the event will also look at tenant scrutiny and estate services. The event will provide a unique opportunity to take back and implement ideas, feedback your experiences, learn from others and gain valuable contacts in your specialised field. The programme will consist of informative keynote sessions looking at issues that effect your organisation and interactive workshops where you have the chance to ask questions and promote discussion with fellow colleagues there is something for everyone. This Conference is aimed at new and experienced Caretakers and their Managers, Estate Managers, Neighbourhood Managers, Neighbourhood Wardens, Environmental Services Managers, Operations Managers, Grounds Maintenance Managers, Site Coordinators, Scheme Managers and all front line and managerial staff responsible for maintaining community well-being and citizenship.
