YEARS OF SERVICE In addition to our quality parts, we are able to offer technical and troubleshooting support that is unprecedented by an FAA Approved PMA Parts Manufacturer. Our parts are built using the latest in manufacturing equipment, advanced process verification methods as well as over 100 years of Model 250 Engine and Accessory Overhauls. We not only supply parts manufactured to the highest quality standards, but we enhance old designs utilizing new technologies to improve product value and longevity.

3 From the beginning, HYE-Tech has focused on providing its customers the highest quality products at the lowest possible price. This mission started 15 years ago and has brought HYE-Tech to where it is today. A respected leader in the PMA industry, HYE-Tech has always stayed true to our pricing philosophy. Our prices have always been based on manufacturing and inventory costs; not by the GEM's list prices. Our prices do not increase every year and we do not charge premiums for various dash numbers of the same item. Our Bearing Cages are offered for the same price, regardless of the dash number. We also offer sizes that are not available from anyone else. We developed these unique sizes to eliminate the costly requirement for metalizing thereby further reducing your repair or overhaul costs. We also applied proven advancements in gear technology to all of our gears and gearshafts that other manufacturers simply ignored. Our Super Finished Gears are far superior to the standard finish gears which, when used in conjunction with other Super Finished Gears, reduce friction, vibration and oil temperature resulting in longer gear life. We have also applied this technology to the sealing surfaces to extend gearbox seal life and reduce leakage. All of these improvements were passed on with less than a 2% increase in cost. We also maintain a large inventory and have established a proven Inventory Management System that not only ensures optimum stock levels for all of our items, but it also maintains a consistent and accurate inventory cost. This system has proven itself time and time again and is evident in the stability of our prices over the years. This stability, brought into the Model 250 marketplace by HYE-Tech, can also be found when comparing the GEM's list prices on the specific items that HYE-Tech offers. So whether or not you're a HYE-Tech customer, all have benefitted by our presence and persistence in the marketplace. We will continue to obtain FAA Approvals for new parts as well as new part numbers of 'legacy' items. Our FAA Approved Quality and Fabrication Inspection System is regulated by the same standards as the TC Holder/GEM and the application of our Quality Enhancement System works to continuously improve our products and fulfill our customers every need.
