1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PETRONAS The Only Game Where Everybody Wins CAMPAIGN 1.0 Campaign Description 1 PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad ( PDB ) is the organiser of this The Only Game Where Everybody Wins Campaign ( Campaign ). The Campaign provides customers with the following offer at participating PETRONAS stations: 1.1 Customers are entitled for one voucher with every purchase of PETRONAS Primax RM 20 or purchase of Mesra promotion products or purchase of PETRONAS Synthium 4Liters whilst stocks last. 1.2 Limited to maximum of four (4) vouchers per customer per transaction. 2.0 Eligibility The Contest is open to all of PDB customers, except for the following category of person who are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Contest ( Participant ): Permanent/Contract Employees of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) Group of Companies; PETRONAS Station dealers and their employees ( PETRONAS crew ); and Employees of advertising and promotional agencies for PDB (Omniteam Sdn Bhd & Acta Print (M) Sdn Bhd) 3.0 Campaign Period The Campaign shall start from 12th December 2017 to 5th January 2018, whilst stocks last. 4.0 Campaign Mechanics 4.1 Customers are entitled for one voucher with every purchase of PETRONAS Primax RM 20 or purchase of Mesra promotion products or purchase of PETRONAS Syntium 4Liters within campaign period whilst stocks last. 4.2 Limited to maximum of four (4) vouchers per customer per transaction. 4.3 Mesra promotion products purchased in one receipt are entitled for one voucher per receipt only. 4.4 Receipts which have been stamped by station are not entitled for voucher. 4.5 Voucher are only available whilst stocks last. 4.6 Customers who meet campaign qualifiers can obtain vouchers from PETRONAS stations in form of scratch card or from draw box provided at each station, whilst stocks last. 4.7 Voucher are only redeemable with valid receipts from PETRONAS stations which are within campaign period. Receipts which are claimed after 5 th January 2018, 11.59pm will not be entitled to receive any vouchers. 4.8 Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or any other products. 4.9 Vouchers are required to be presented upon redemption of offer Voucher is not valid with other promotion/offers Voucher is only applicable in Malaysia only Voucher is valid for one (1) time purchase only Voucher will not be replaced if lost or damaged 4.14 Voucher validity is according to date stated on voucher. 2 4.16 Omniteam Sdn. Bhd. is the official appointed PDB agency to manage the prize fulfillment of this campaign (agency) 4.17 There are 25 different type of voucher with different offers and terms & conditions. a. Voucher Type: Cash Prize worth RM 5,000, RM 1,000, RM 500 or RM 100. contact the customer within 48 hours (2 working days) for prize fulfillment. ii. Customer is required to provide unique code on voucher to MESRALINK and agency. iii. Customer is required to answer maximum of three (3) questions asked correctly to be entitled to redeem voucher. iv. Customer is required to provide physical voucher and valid receipt to redeem prize. v. Customer is required to provide physical voucher and valid receipt to the agency by 15 th March vi. Agency will fulfil prize via bank transfer or money order within fourteen (14) days upon receiving confirmation from customer. vii. Customer is required to acknowledge through or sign off upon receiving the prize. b. Voucher Type: Phone of Choice worth up to RM 5,000 only. contact the customer within 48 hours (2 working days) for prize fulfillment. ii. Customer is required to provide unique code on voucher to MESRALINK and agency. iii. Customer is required to answer maximum of three (3) questions asked correctly to be entitled to redeem voucher. iv. Applicable to phone models available in Malaysia only. v. Customer is required to provide physical voucher and valid receipt to redeem prize. vi. Customer is required to provide physical voucher and valid receipt to the agency by 15 th March vii. Customer to inform agency on phone of choice not exceeding capped price of RM 5,000 only. Agency will purchase phone from authorized phone dealers only. viii. Customer is only entitled to one phone which is capped at RM 5,000 without any additional accessories. ix. Customer is not allowed to dictate place/shop/store/outlet phone is purchased. x. Agency will fulfil prize via courier service or physical hand over within fourteen (14) days upon receiving confirmation from customer. xi. Customer is required to acknowledge through or sign off upon receiving the prize. c. Voucher Type: Free PETRONAS Syntium W Liter contact the customer within 48 hours (2 working days) for prize fulfillment. ii. Customer is required to provide unique code on voucher to MESRALINK and agency. iii. Customer is required to answer maximum of three (3) questions asked correctly to be entitled to redeem voucher. iv. Customer is required to provide physical voucher and valid receipt to redeem prize. v. Customer is required to provide physical voucher and valid receipt to the agency by 15 th March

3 vi. vii. Agency will fulfil prize via courier service or physical hand over within fourteen (14) days upon receiving confirmation from customer. Customer is required to acknowledge through or sign off upon receiving the prize. d. Voucher Type: ZALORA One Year Shoe Supply contact the customer within 48 hours (2 working days). ii. Valid only at / ZALORA mobile app. iii. iv. Valid till 30 June 2018, 11.59pm. Valid with ZALORA home brands (ZALORA, ZALORA basics, ZALORA sports, JAXON, Something Borrowed exclusive of (Something Borrowed accessories, Something Borrowed collection & Something Borrowed Ethnic) & VELVET only. v. Brand and item exclusions apply. vi. Gift card value is capped at RM1,000 only equivalent to one year of shoe supply from ZALORA. Not valid with other promo codes and promotions, unless otherwise stated. Free delivery is only applicable on paid price RM75 and above. Products purchased using this Gift Card are non-refundable in cash but only in store credit x. All Gift Card are non-refundable and non-transferable. vii. viii. ix. xi. Voucher is redeemable at selected PETRONAS Station for Kedai Mesra purchases only except for cigarettes, e-pay top up and Touch N Go services. ii. Voucher is valid until 28 th February 2018 iii. Voucher amount is RM 5 only and no change will be provided should purchase be less than voucher amount. f. Voucher Type: Mesra RM 5 Breakfast Voucher i. Voucher is redeemable at selected PETRONAS Station for Mesra breakfast combo worth RM 5 only. ii. Voucher is valid until 28 th February 2018 g. Voucher Type : RM 5 Discount on PETRONAS Syntium Only i. Valid for one (1) time purchase only. ii. Valid for one voucher per redemption only. Vouchers are not allowed to be accumulated for redemption. iii. Valid scratch voucher shall be the only valid instrument for the prize redemption. iv. Voucher is only applicable to PETRONAS Syntium W-40 4L, Syntium W-40 4L, Syntium W-40 4L, Syntium 800 5W-30 4L, Syntium W-40 4L and Syntium W-30 3L. v. Not exchangeable for cash or cash equivalent to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. vi. Valid to redeem at PETRONAS stations only. vii. Valid until 28 th February h. Voucher Type : Lazada Discount Voucher i. Discount of 10% is applicable for a maximum discount value of RM15 in a single transaction upon checkout on LAZADA s platform. ii. The discount is only applicable on net item price (excludes shipping/courier charges). 3

The discount is only for one (1) time redemption per LAZADA registered customer and is not valid in conjunction with any other vouchers, offer or promotions and product exclusion may apply. iv. The discount is applicable on LAZADA's website, mobile web and applications. v. The discount will be available for redemption from 1 st December 2017 to 31 March 2018 (both dates inclusive). vi. vii. viii. No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of the discount. RM 1 discount can be redeem at any PETRONAS stations and is valid for same day purchase where discount has to be redeemed on same day of receipt date iii. Voucher is redeemable at selected PETRONAS Station for Mesra Mineral and Mesra Drinking Water 600ml purchases only. ii. RM 1 discount can be redeem at any PETRONAS stations and is valid for same day purchase where discount has to be redeemed on same day of receipt date 5.0 Miscellaneous 5.1 PDB reserves the right at anytime, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, to substitute any of the Offer with other items of similar or higher value. 5.2 PDB, its employees, its holding, subsidiary or affiliate companies, employees of the PETRONAS group of companies, and PETRONAS station dealers and participating partners shall not be liable to the customer or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by the customer as a result of the Offer, participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on the part of PDB in connection with the Campaign. 5.3 By participating in the Campaign, the customers shall be deemed to have unconditionally accepted all the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and the customers further (i) agree to co-operate and comply with all PDB s reasonable requests in connection with the Campaign; (ii) agree to the disclosure to, storage of, processing of and use of his personal details by PDB and its relevant service providers for the purpose of the organising, promoting and conducting the Campaign; (iii) agree for the use of his name and photograph to be used for the purpose of organising, promoting and conducting the Campaign; and (iv) consent to receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from PDB from time to time. 5.4 The Terms and Conditions herein contained shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any brochure or other promotional materials advertised under this Campaign. 5.5 PDB reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of the participants of the Campaign for advertising and publicity purposes without any compensation to such participants or customers. 5.6 PDB reserves the absolute right at any time without assigning any reasons to alter, modify, change or vary the Campaign s Terms and Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion. The customers may view the updated Campaign s Terms and Conditions on PDB s website at PDB reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without prior 6

For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, extension, suspension or termination of the Campaign Period at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the customers to claim any compensation from PDB for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the customers as a result of the said cancellation, extension, suspension or termination. 5.8 PDB, its employees, its holding, subsidiary or affiliates companies, employees of the PETRONAS group of companies, and PETRONAS station dealers and participating partners shall not be liable for any default due to any act of natural calamities, war, riot, strike, lock out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond their reasonable control. 5.9 By participating in the Campaign, the customers are deemed to have agreed and consented to the collection, processing, use, disclosure and retention by PDB of your personal data in the manner as set out in the Personal Data Notice given pursuant to Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, which can be viewed at Any failure by PDB in enforcing any of these Campaign s Terms and Conditions in any instance(s) does not constitute a waiver of such term and/or condition PDB is the final authority to decide on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and as to any other matters relating to this Campaign For any further enquiries on the Campaign s Terms and Conditions, please contact us at MESRALINK at
