2 DAITECH COMPANY PROFILE 2 At Dai-Tech we think that life is the most beautiful gift that can be received and in order to get the best out of it we work hard to make it more enjoyable. We pride ourselves with the products we create and the challenges we overtake. The IT era is upon us; it has shaped and transformed the way we live, think and work. Our mission is to make it more accessible, more human, closer to each and every one of us. All products we create have a personal feeling, a feature that the user can identify with and that makes technology have a friendlier face. We don t have jobs, we have hobbies and our processes are fueled by an inner feeling of pleasure and passion towards IT. Even though we cannot predict the future in clear we prepare for it and try to shape it to our vision. We believe the little things count the most, the details create a product that is truly different than all the others and that gives a special joy in the eyes of the user. We strive to be better than yesterday and plan to be the best at what we do tomorrow; each new step is an evolution on our path to perfection.

Eleanore Roosevelt We are a young team with members that have the passion of IT in common and the will to succeed by leaving a personal mark on technology. The company was started in June 2010 around our common purpose of doing something different and better than what the market had to offer. Our education varies in different fields such as computer science, electronics, management, economy, arts, marketing etc. Although we play actively in the IT industry for more than 17 years, our passion for computers was born in the late 80 s. We often wishfully remember the IBM PC XT which was our first encounter with IT technology and the 5.25 floppy disks that we used in order to save our Basic or Pascal codes. Details Our attention is always aimed towards perfection so that all the projects we get involved in receive our promise that we will analyze and improve any detail, no matter how small it may seem, in order to deliver an outstanding final product.v People We are a group of young people, with an average age of 29, passionate of technology, driven by ambition and guided by a management team with more than 17 years of experience in the IT field. Optimism We are confident in our strength and knowledge and our optimism is the moving force that fuels our efforts to achieve success. Working We are working with dedication around the idea of leaving a personal mark on each and every product or service that we develop. Based on our understanding that a lot of work is required to accomplish something great we all put our efforts into it as an initial investment. 5 DAITECH COMPANY PROFILE 5 WHAT WE DO Under this project we develop consumer oriented IT products meant to be sold as standalone items on the shelves of the retail chains (online or offline). After three years from its creation, njoy is present in five markets including Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Serbia and has developed over 15 product categories. The brand has been developed to offer IT competitive products to the B2B market, our main target being system integrators. We try to cost down as much as possible the non-necessary features but maintaining the quality level required by the customer. RPC is a Romanian IT brand which begun its activity in After a constant and organic growth RPC is today one of the top Romanian IT brands with more than 20 product groups developed. New Product Development Insight #3 We developed over 100 items in the last 2 years We offer new product development solutions to companies who need to create personalized IT&C devices, ranging from design aspects to technical details. We feel fulfilled each time the njoy users recognize a part of their personality in the product that they hold. The consumer market

7 DAITECH COMPANY PROFILE 7 RPC builds competitive IT products for the B2B market according to customer requirements by maintaining the specified quality level and by costing down as much as possible the non-necessary features in order to reach our partner s target price. RPC wishes to be the best solution on the market for system integrators. RPC delivers B2B products for system integration and therefore wants to be present in all major IT components distribution channels. In order to achieve competitiveness in this business we developed partnerships with top companies of the industry and we obtained many technical certifications. Business to business

8 8 DAITECH COMPANY PROFILE New Product Development Insight #4 In order to achieve competitiveness in this business we developed strong and reliable partnerships with top production facilities from Taiwan and China. We can build any new item based on the client s details and specifications. We have the necessary know-how in order to create a competitive and market attractive product. We offer professional assistance from concept drawing, 3D modeling, engineering and up to package design. Each new device is carefully tested in order to avoid production failures and for ensuring a high quality standard before it is delivered to the end-client. Customizing Besides developing new products we also offer the possibility of customizing any existing RPC device, changing technical specifications or design details. Before mass production we present a final version of the item to the client to ensure that his quality and design requirements are met.

Final Product Concept drawing 3D Model Engineering Final Product The first part in creating a new product involves drawing a concept design based on the client s idea regarding the look and the targeted audience. Many design versions of the item will be presented to the client until he is fully satisfied with the look of the future device. Next we will transpose the 2D drawings into a 3D (three dimensional) model and we will create the outline of relevant specs for hardware development as well as the necessary components integration. In this step we will choose all the type of materials to be used and the exact colours. The client is closely consulted on each new step in the development chain. No final decision is implemented before the client s prior approval. In the engineering stage the hardware components and functions are carefully designed. With the client brief in mind our engineers work close in hand with the product designers on best hardware solutions for the future item. After intensive tests done by the QA department the final version of the device is presented to the client before mass production. Also in this stage the final packaging materials are sent for approval. The product is ready and mass production begins. Working with the best production facilities the future items receive the proper attention in order to achieve the client s requirements and to eliminate production failure. 10 DAITECH COMPANY PROFILE 10 Logistics Center We can deliver our goods under any INCOTERM required by the client. Our logistics center is located in the free zone of port Agigea - Constanta, Romania. From here we cover the South-East European markets, including the countries where we currently have established local partners, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Serbia. If we cannot cover your location from our logistics center we encourage container-based deliveries of the goods via ship directly from Asia under FOB terms. Even since Tesla s era the Serbian market offered great opportunity and openness towards innovation. The primary objective regarding our regional reach is to develop consolidated business in 10 countries until 2016.
