1 2018 Watsons Raya Fair T&C WIPRO UNZA MALAYSIA THURSDAY, APRIL 12, 2018 Campaign Period 15 May June 2018 (6 weeks) Organizer Wipro Unza group of companies including but not limited to Wipro Unza Nusantara Sdn. Bhd., Wipro Unza (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and Wipro Unza Manufacturing Services Sdn. Bhd. and its employees, immediate families affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies or all such related parties. Contest Mechanics How to Participate: Step 1 Spend RM50 and above on Wipro Unza products (Safi, Enchanteur, Carrie, Dashing, Dashing Elite, Romano, Sumber Ayu, Aiken, Eversoft and/or Eversoft Skinz) at any Watsons in Malaysia during the Contest Period. Step 2 Answer a simple question as below : Is this contest organized by Wipro Unza? (Yes or No) One (1) receipt entitles the participant to one (1) Whatsapp entry. Step 3 To participate in the contest via Whatsapp: Take a clear photo of the full single receipt

Proof of Purchase An original printed sales receipt (dated within the Contest Period) with purchase of RM50 and above on any Wipro Unza products. Each such sales receipt entitles the participant to one (1) Whatsapp entry regardless of quantity of Wipro Unza products purchased on such sales receipt. Participant may submit more than one (1) entry but each entry must be supported with a photo of the original receipt. Only photos of valid printed receipts dated within the Contest Period with a clear outlet name and details of participating Wipro Unza product will be accepted. Participants are required to take a clear photo of the receipt to be submitted via Whatsapp and keep the original receipt for verification. Duplicate and reprinted receipts will not be accepted. Manual/hand written receipts will not be accepted. 3 Terms & Conditions The 2018 Watsons Raya Fair Contest will run from 00:00am, 15 May 2018 to 23:59pm, 25 June 2018 [ Contest Period ]. The Organiser reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified. This contest is open to all participants above 18 years of age (as at 15 th May 2018) who are subscribers of prepaid and/or postpaid services of telco in Malaysia, except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies. 1) To participate in the Contest: Participants must spend RM50 and above on Wipro Unza product from any Watsons outlets in Malaysia within the Contest Period. One (1) such single receipt entitles the participant to one (1) Whatsapp entry. 2) Answer a simple question as below: Is this contest organized by Wipro Unza? (Yes or No) 3) Take a clear photo of the full single receipt. Type (Name as per NRIC or Passport)<space>(NRIC or Passport No.)<space>(Address)<space>(Answer) and Whatsapp to Example: MOHD DANIEL_ _123, Jalan Besar, Taman Besar, Petaling Jaya, Selangor_Yes Retain ALL original printed receipts (dated within the Contest Period) as per ALL the Whatsapp entries sent THROUGHOUT the Contest Period as proof of purchase. Only valid printed receipts (including printed e-receipts from online purchases) dated within the Contest Period with details of Wipro Unza products will be accepted. The Organiser shall not reimburse the participants for the charges incurred in sending the Whatsapp entry including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any related charges, if any.

4 The Organiser and the companies involved in this Contest shall not be held liable in any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of Whatsapp messages sent and shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the mobile phone or subscriber s account in conjunction with this contest. Winners selection: i) Grand Prize Winner x 5 The eligible Grand Prize winners will be determined by the total number of qualified entries received during the respective Contest Month divided by 5, for example: if the total number of qualified entries is 30,001, then this number will be divided by 5 and rounded to the nearest lower whole number which is 6,000. Hence the 6,000th, 12,000th, 18,000th and 24,000th qualified entries will stand to win the Grand Prize. In the event the shortlisted entry is disqualified, the next earlier entry will be the replacement winner, for example: the replacement winner for the 6,000th qualified entry is qualified entry 5,999. The eligible winners will then be contacted via telephone within six (6) weeks of the end of the Contest Period and shall be required to provide the original receipt that matches the winning entry as proof of purchase before being declared a winner. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another three (3) attempts will be made within the next 24 hours of the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next qualified participant. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the eligible winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. The eligible Grand Prize winner will be required to submit by Pos Laju/courier the original printed receipts as per the Whatsapp entries received during the Contest Period, a copy of their NRIC or valid Passport within three (3) working days from the date of notification as proof of purchase. Failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and find the next eligible winner as replacement. Winners will be contacted via telephone call and announcement will also be made by the Organiser on any of the following URL:

5 and ii) Weekly Prize Winners x 15 winners per week x 6 weeks a) The weekly prize winners will be selected based on the total number of qualified entries for that specific week divided by 20, for example: if the total number of qualified entries for that specific week is 14,000, it will be divided by 20 and rounded to the lower round number which is 700. Hence, every 700th entries will be selected as the consolation prize winner up till all the 20 winners or the number of winners that have been decided by the Organiser for weekly prizes have been selected. b) Winners of consolation prizes are required to submit by Pos Laju/courier the original printed receipts as per the Whatsapp entries received during the Contest Period and a copy of their NRIC or Passport within three (3) working days from the date of notification as proof of purchase. Failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and find the next eligible winner as replacement. c) Winners will be contacted via telephone call and announcement will also be made by the Organiser on any of the following URL: and 5. The contest prizes: Grand Prize x 5: TouchNGo Time Traveller Watch worth RM188 preloaded with RM380 Weekly Prize x 90 : TouchNGo cards preloaded with RM100. The number of weekly prizes may not be equally distributed across weeks and the organiser reserves the right to decide. All prizes must be claimed at winners own expense within sixty (60) days after the date of notification of winnings. In the event the Organiser organises a prize giving ceremony, each winner is required to attend at their own expense to claim the prize. All unclaimed

6 prizes will be forfeited by the Organiser sixty (60) days after the date of notification of winnings. Each participant is eligible to only win one (1) prize only during the Contest Period. The Organizer reserves the right to allocate the prizes to winners who provide proof of purchase issued by specific retail chain. For purpose of this Contest, specific retail chain shall mean any outlet which has one or more chains and operates in Malaysia in the format of either a pharmacy, hypermarket, supermarket, sundry-store, grocers and all other such outlets. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to increase or reduce the number of prizes or substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or in any other form for whatever reason. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage to belongings or claims resulting from participation in this contest, and participants shall indemnify the organiser in relation to the same. By participating in this contest, participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant waives their right to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Rules and Regulations or even cancel the contest without any prior notice at any time and the participants agree to be bound to such changes.

7 Organiser s decision is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no further action will be taken against the Organiser. The Contest Terms and Conditions are prepared in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions, the English language version shall prevail. The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfill the participant s request(s). By the participant submitting personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. The participant s information will not be provided or shared with other company or partners for their independent use. Personal Data Protection Act Notice under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ( PDPA ) to Participants of 2018 Watsons Raya Fair Contest organised by Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. Dear Participants, Under the PDPA, there are various requirements that regulate the processing of your personal data as an individual [ individual ]. It informs the Individual of your rights under the PDPA, including actions Individuals may take to exercise such rights and its consequences, and in particular:- a. That we [ Organiser ] collect Individual s personal data directly from the contest entry; b. Individual s personal data is collected for the Watsons WIPRO UNZA Riang Ria Raya Contest [ Contest ]; c. Individual has the right to access and correct your personal data once given; d. Individual s personal data is disclosed to an elected Agency for processing;

8 e. The personal data requested from Individual will only be used for the Contest; f. The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void; g. Individual personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organiser; and If Individual wishes to make enquiries or give feedback, please contact the Agency at on Mondays to Fridays, from 10.00am to 1.00pm and from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.

9 Terma dan Syarat Peraduan 2018 Watsons Raya Fair akan berlangsung dari 00:00 pagi, 15 Mei 2018 hingga 23:59 malam, 25 June 2018 [ Tempoh Peraduan ]. Penganjur berhak untuk memendekkan atau memanjangkan Tempoh Peraduan tanpa sebarang notis. Semua penyertaan yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan akan dibatalkan. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua peserta yang berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas (pada 15 Mei 2018) yang merupakan pelanggan prabayar dan/atau pasca bayar telco di Malaysia kecuali kakitangan Pihak Penganjur dan ahli-ahli keluarga terdekat mereka, termasuk pengedar-pengedar, agensi-agensi pengiklanan dan promosi Pihak Penganjur. 1) Untuk menyertai Peraduan: Para peserta mestilah membeli produk Wipro Unza di mana-mana kedai Watsons dalam Malaysia semasa Tempoh Peraduan. Setiap satu (1) resit tunggal tersebut melayakkan peserta untuk satu (1) penyertaan Whatsapp. 2) Jawab satu soalan di bawah: Adakah peraduan ini dianjurkan of Wipro Unza? (Ya atau Tidak) 3) Tangkap satu gambar resit penuh. Taip (Nama seperti dalam KP atau Pasport)<jarak>(No. KP Baru 12 digit or No. Pasport)<jarak>(Alamat)<jarak>(Jawapan) dan Whatsapp ke Contoh: MOHD DANIEL_ _123, Jalan Besar, Taman Besar, Petaling Jaya, Selangor_Ya Simpan SEMUA resit bercetak asal (bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan) yang sepadan dengan SEMUA penyertaan Whatsapp yang dihantar SEPANJANG Tempoh Peraduan sebagai bukti pembelian. Hanya resit bercetak sah (termasuk e-resit bercetak daripada pembelian online) yang bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan dengan butiran produk Wipro Unza yang jelas akan diterima.

10 Pihak Penganjur tidak akan membayar balik kepada peserta untuk caj yang dikenakan untuk menghantar Whatsapp termasuk Cukai Barang dan Perkhidmatan (GST) dan caj lain-lain, jika ada. Pihak Penganjur dan syarikat-syarikat yang terlibat dalam Peraduan Whatsapp ini tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kelewatan, kegagalan penghantaran dan/atau gangguan mesej Whatsapp dan syarikat-syarikat ini juga tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang penggunaan telefon bimbit atau akaun pelanggan yang tidak dibenarkan sepanjang Peraduan ini. Cara pemilihan pemenang: i) Pemenang Hadiah Utama x 5 Pemenang Hadiah Utama yang layak ditentukan oleh jumlah penyertaan layak yang diterima sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan dan dibahagikan dengan 5, sebagai contoh: jika terdapat sebanyak 30,001 penyertaan layak diterima, nombor ini akan dibahagikan dengan 5 dan dibundarkan kepada nombor bulat paling dekat yang lebih rendah, iaitu 6,000. Maka penyertaan layak ke-6,000, 12,000, 18,000 dan 24,000 akan memenangi Hadiah Utama tersebut. Jika penyertaan yang disenarai pendek dibatalkan kelayakannya, maka penyertaan seterusnya yang terdahulu akan menjadi pemenang layak gantian, sebagai contoh: pemenang layak gantian untuk penyertaan layak ke-6,000 adalah penyertaan layak ke-5,999. Para pemenang yang layak kemudian akan dihubungi melalui telefon dalam tempoh enam (6) minggu selepas tempoh tamat Peraduan dan diwajibkan memberi resit asal yang sepadan dengan penyertaan yang menang sebagai bukti sebelum disahkan sebagai pemenang. Sekiranya peserta tidak dapat dihubungi pada cubaan pertama, contohnya, tidak menjawab telefon, nombor telefon tiada dalam perkhidmatan, tiada sambungan, dan lain-lain, tiga (3) cubaan lain akan dibuat lagi dalam tempoh 24 jam yang berikutnya selepas cubaan pertama. Sekiranya percubaan-percubaan ini tidak berhasil, kelayakan peserta akan dibatalkan. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya pesertapeserta tidak dapat dihubungi atas sebarang sebab.

11 Para pemenang yang layak dikehendaki menghantar resit bercetak asal sah (bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan) yang sepadan dengan penyertaan Whatsapp, salinan kad pengenalan dan salinan sah Pasport melalui Pos Laju/kurier dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari bekerja selepas tarikh pemberitahuan sebagai pengesahan bukti pembelian. Sekiranya gagal, pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakannya dan memilih peserta seterusnya sebagai pemenang. Para pemenang akan dihubungi melalui panggilan talipon dan akan diumumkan oleh pihak Penganjur di mana-mana laman web berikut: and ii) Pemenang Hadiah Mingguan x 15 pemenang setiap minggu x 6 minggu a. Pemenang hadiah mingguan akan dipilih melalui jumlah penyertaan yang layak dalam minggu tersebut dibahagi dengan 20, contoh: kalau jumlah penyertaan yang layak diterima untuk minggu tersebut ialah 14,000, nombor ini akan dibahagi dengan 20 dan dibulatkan kepada nilai bulat rendah terdekat iaitu 700. Oleh itu, setiap penyertaan ke- 700 akan dipilih sebagai pemenang saguhati sehingga semua 20 pemenang atau bilangan pemenang yang telah diputuskan oleh Penganjur untuk hadiah mingguan telah dipilih. b. Pemenang hadiah mingguan dikehendaki menghantar resit bercetak asal sah (bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan) yang sepadan dengan penyertaan Whatsapp dan salinan NRIC atau pasport melalui Pos Laju/kurier dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari bekerja selepas tarikh pemberitahuan sebagai pengesahan bukti pembelian. Sekiranya gagal, pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakannya dan memilih peserta seterusnya sebagai pemenang. c. Para pemenang akan dihubungi melalui talipon dan akan diumumkan oleh pihak Penganjur di mana-mana laman web berikut: and

12 Hadiah-hadiah Peraduan: Hadiah Utama x 5: Jam Tangan TouchNGo Time Traveller bernilai RM188 pramuat dengan RM380 Hadiah Mingguan x 90 : Kad TouchNGo pramuat dengan RM100 setiap satu. Jumlah hadiah mingguan mungkin tidak akan diedarkan sama rata untuk setiap minggu dan penganjur mempunyai hak untuk menentu. Kesemua hadiah mesti dituntut atas perbelanjaan sendiri dalam tempoh enam puluh (60) hari selepas tarikh pemberitahuan kemenangan hadiah. Sekiranya Pihak Penganjur mengadakan upacara majlis penyampaian hadiah, setiap pemenang dikehendaki untuk menghadiri atas perbelanjaan sendiri untuk menuntut hadiah. Hadiah-hadiah yang gagal dituntut enam puluh (60) hari selepas tarikh pemberitahuan kemenangan hadiah akan dilucuthakkan oleh Pihak Penganjur. Setiap peserta hanya layak untuk memenangi satu (1) hadiah sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan. Pihak Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk memperuntukkan hadiah kepada pemenang yang memberikan bukti pembelian yang dikeluarkan oleh rantaian runcit tertentu. Untuk tujuan Peraduan ini, rantaian runcit tertentu bermaksud mana-mana kedai yang mempunyai satu atau lebih rantai dan beroperasi di Malaysia dalam format sama ada farmasi, pasar raya besar, pasar raya, kedai runcit, kedai runcit dan semua kedai lain itu. Pihak Penganjur berhak atas budibicara mutlaknya untuk menambah atau mengurangkan bilangan hadiah atau menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah-hadiah lain yang sama nilainya tanpa sebarang notis. Semua hadiah tidak boleh ditukar milik, tidak boleh dikembalikan dan tidak boleh ditukar untuk wang tunai atau apa-apa format atas sebarang sebab. Para pemenang akan menanggung liabiliti dan tanggungjawab sepenuhnya jika berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan kepada barang atau tuntutan akibat penyertaan dalam Peraduan ini.

13 Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta memberi keizinan untuk memberi maklumat peribadinya dan Pihak Penganjur berhak menyiarkan, menggunakan nama dan/atau gambar pemenang serta penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa sebarang bayaran pampasan mahupun pemberitahuan dan setiap peserta melepaskan hak untuk membuat sebarang tuntutan ke atas penggunaan penyertaan tersebut oleh Pihak Penganjur. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, setiap peserta bersetuju untuk mematuhi Terma dan Syarat rasmi yang ditetapkan serta segala keputusan muktamad Pihak Penganjur. Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, membatal atau mengubahsuai Terma dan Syarat Peraduan atau membatalkan Peraduan ini tanpa memberi sebarang notis terlebih dahulu dan para peserta dianggap telah bersetuju dengan segala perubahan tersebut. Keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat, rayuan atau bantahan tidak akan dilayan. Peserta mengaku janji tidak akan menuntut atau mengambil apa-apa tindakan terhadap Penganjur mengenai Peraduan ini. Terma dan Syarat untuk peraduan ini disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan di antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai. Pihak Penganjur mengumpul maklumat peribadi yang boleh dikenal pasti untuk memberi perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan atau untuk berhubung dengan peserta. Maklumat ini disimpan oleh Pihak Penganjur dalam kaedah yang sesuai dengan data tersebut dan digunakan untuk memenuhi permintaan peserta. Dengan mengemukakan maklumat peribadi peserta, pihak Penganjur menganggap bahawa keizinan telah diberi kepada Pihak Penganjur dan/atau agen-agen yang dilantik olehnya untuk menggunakan maklumat ini untuk tujuan pemasaran dan promosi yang kini dan di masa hadapan serta untuk menambahbaikan produk-produk dan perkhidmatannya. Maklumat peserta tidak akan diberi atau dikongsi dengan syarikat-syarikat/rakan-rakan lain untuk kegunaan bebas mereka.

14 Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 Notis Di Bawah Seksyen 7 Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 ( PDPA ) kepada peserta Peraduan 2018 Watsons Raya Fair anjuran Wipro Unza (M) Sdn. Bhd. Pengguna yang dihormati, Di bawah PDPA, terdapat beberapa syarat yang mengawal pemprosesan data peribadi anda sebagai individu ( Individu ). Ia memaklumkan Individu tentang hak-hak anda di bawah PDPA, termasuk tindakan yang boleh diambil oleh Individu untuk melaksanakan hak-hak tersebut dan akibatnya, dan secara khususnya:- (a) Bahawa kami [ Penganjur ] mengumpul data peribadi daripada penyertaan anda; (b) Data peribadi Individu dikumpul untuk Peraduan Watsons Wipro Unza Riang Ria Raya [ Peraduan ]; (c) Individu mempunyai hak untuk mengakses dan membetulkan data peribadi anda; (d) Data peribadi Individu akan dikongsi dengan Agensi yang dilantik untuk tujuan pemprosesan; (e) Data peribadi Individu akan diguna untuk tujuan Peraduan sahaja; (f) Data peribadi yang diminta adalah wajib, dan jika maklumat yang diberikan tidak lengkap, penyertaan Individu tidak akan diterima; (g) Sekiranya Individu telah disahkan sebagai Pemenang, sebarang perubahan kepada data peribadi individu harus dimaklumkan kepada Penganjur; dan Sekiranya Individu mempunyai pertanyaan atau ingin memberi maklum balas, anda boleh berhubung dengan kami melalui talian dari Isnin hingga Jumaat, dari pukul pagi sehingga pukul 1.00 petang, dan pukul 2.00 petang sehingga pukul 5.00 petang.
