Due to our deep knowledge and experience in the Magnetic Technology we are the specialists and your strong partner for everything concerning Magnetizing, Demagnetizing and Magnetic Measurement. We take care of your problems and design and manufacture custom made equipment for every application. We are a family-run enterprise, located in the area of Stuttgart / Germany. This enables the measurement of the coating thickness even in almost inaccessible places. With their low weight and small size the devices are ideal for users performing on-site measurements. 6 Perfect in function and technology. 6 / 26 Coating Thickness Meter MEGA-CHECK Basic / Profi / Master The MEGA-CHECK generation uses intelligent measuring probes, fitted up with an own microcontroller which converts the analog probe signals and sends them digitized to the control unit. This technique makes them nearly trouble-free and ensures high precision and repro-duceable measurements. The probe cable is connectable from both sides (control unit and probe) and therefore easy to service. In case of a broken cable just the cable needs to be exchanged. The MEGA-CHECK devices have a big, clearly arranged graphic display with backlit. Menu selection in several languages. A wide selection of ferrous, non-ferrous and dual probes also of small size can be connected. Worldwide the first dual probe with swivelling probe head. Power supply either by 3 x 1,5 V Mignon batteries or 3 x 1.2 V rechargeable batteries. The MEGA-CHECK devices are of high quality and manufactured exclusively in Germany. The MEGA-CHECK Master includes the Scan function especially designed to measure the coating on rough or blasted surfaces. In a few seconds the real coating thickness can be determined. The Duplex function enables the user to find out the thickness of insulating coatings on zinc plated steel. With the analog diagram on the display the run of measurements in a preselected range limit can be observed when taking measurements continuously. MEGA-CHECK Profi and Master include the facility to store three reference calibrations.

9 Perfect in function and technology. 9 / 26 Coating Thickness Meter MEGA-CHECK Pocket The devices MEGA-CHECK Pocket use digital measuring probes, in which the analog signals are digitised directly in the probe and transferred digitally via the probe cable to the measuring device. This technology is immune to interference and makes reproducible measurements with high accuracy possible. Scope of supply: Device incl. probe, calibration set, operating instructions and case The probe cable is connectable from both sides (control unit and probe) and therefore very ser-vice-friendly, because just the cable needs to be replaced in case it gets broken. The housing, with its easy to handle format and rubber reinforced sides, is hardly bigger than the measuring probe. For this technology these devices offer an excellent price-performance ratio. The simple operation of the devices with just one key is ideal. With ASR technology (Automatic Statistic Result), it is possible to display the statistics of the last series of measurements. To do this the probe plug is simply disconnected from the device. After that the device is switched on again and the Min., Max. and Mean statistical values and Standard Deviation of the last series of measurements are displayed automatically in sequence. 13 Perfect in function and technology. 13 / 26 Magnetic Field Meters MP-1000 MP-2000 MP-1 Magnetic field meters are used for the precise measurement of all kinds of magnetic fields, steady and alternating fields as well as pulsed fields. Magnetic field strengths ranging from the Earth s magnetic field to high intensity pulsed fields (4000 ka/m) can be measured. The handy field meters are very simple to operate. The MP-1000 and LIST- MAGNETIK MP-2000 Universal Field Meters make use of measuring probes (tangential and axial field probes) with a dedicated micro-controller digitising and linearizing the probe signals directly inside the probe. This technique is highly immune to interference and permits extremely precise measurements even with high magnetic field strengths, where Hall probes no longer operate linearly. The instruments are suitable for measuring magnetic fields of all kinds, and for determining stray fields when testing for cracks. With instruments of this type, the probe cable is pluggable at both ends (display unit and probe) and is thus particularly servicefriendly, as the user can simply replace the cable should it become faulty The MP-1 Residual Field Meter and the M-5 Residual Field Detector are used specifically for measuring residual fields. A small magnetic disk suspended on 4 points aligns itself to even weak external magnetic fields (including the Earth s magnetic field). The main feature of this device is the high sensitivity and a minimum of drift. All kind of coils or coil probes can be connected to the Fluxmeter FL-3. If the turn area is known (turn number x turn area) the flux density can be determined. A two-gang limit value comparator with the corresponding relais outputs for the limit values is included, as well as a serial interface RS 232 for connection to a computer or printer. Any custom made coils according to Helmholtz are availabe on request. They are used to magnetize all kind of multi-pole permanent magnet systems, especially those made of rare earth alloys. According to our high quality standards the equipment is furnished with all necessary safety components (DIN EN ) and offer a high degree of reliability and comfort. They include special reply signals for the application in automatic production lines. It is especially suitable to magnetize two-pole systems made of AlNiCo and Ferrite magnet material. The main advantage of this technique is high reliability of operation in automatic production lines and favourable price performance. To build up and diminish the magnetic field with a minimum loss, all Magnetizing Yokes are made of special magnetic steel sheet. They are connected to 220 V alternating current and generate an alternating magnetic field of 50 Hz with sufficient field strength to demagnetize steel alloys. The devices are drawn across the objects and slowly removed from them. Model HE-2 can also be used as table device in which case the objects are drawn across the device. 22 Perfect in function and technology. 22 / 26 Ultrasonic Thickness Meters MX-1/2/3 MX-5DL MMX-6 PX-7DL The Ultrasonic Measuring Technique is used to measure the thickness of steel and all other metals, glass and homogenous plastics and to detect material flaws, corrosion and pits. The main advantage of ultrasonic measurement over traditional methods is that ultrasonic measurement can be performed with access to only one side of the material being measured. Ultrasonic gauges are used in the automotive, aircraft, machine and tool industry and especially to check the residual thickness of tanks and tubes. MX-1, MX-2, MX-3 and MX-5DL Measure the thickness of materials from 1 mm and detect material flaws. The devices MX-1, MX-2, MX-3 and MX-5DL work with dual-element (transmit and receive) transducers, which not only measure the thickness of materials from 1 mm (steel) but are as well suitable to detect material flaws (corrosion and pits). A wide selection of dual-element transducers for any material and different applications is available. MX-1 allows storing one velocity. MX-2 is a fixed velocity gauge that requires no special training to operate. It contains eight velocities of common materials and 2 velocities that the user can set using a simple software. The series MMX-6 combines all the features of the MX-series with the multi-mode feature for reading through and eliminating the thickness of painted or coated materials. All these features are available with only one high damped dual-element transducer. With the Dual-Multi key you conveniently toggle between pulse-echo mode (detect flaws and pits) and echo-echo mode (eliminate paint and coating thickness). All standard dual-element transducers can be used to measure uncoated materials. MMX-6 is the standard model with Scan and Alarm facility, but without data logger system.
