12 Health history for hair test Angina, Fibromyalgia, numbness, balance issues, low BBT, fuzzy brain, many food intolerances, asthma like symptoms, allergies, etc. 2. Three wisdom teeth only. Removed at age 26 when they finally erupted. No extractions. No root canal. No braces. One crown. Had amalgam fillings on baby teeth. No idea how young. 3. All eight molars have amalgam fillings down center front to back except one replaced with resin in January. One sector of one molar broke off and amalgam is to gum line. Possible gum line fillings over back of rear molars. Four premolars have a central filling front to back. One incisor has crown. No root canals. No other teeth removed. 4.
