A gradual extension to all EEE, cables and spare parts; full compliance by 2019; A review of banned substances by July 2014, and periodically thereafter; Clearer and more transparent rules for granting exemptions Improved coherence with REACH Clarification of important definitions CE marking denoting compliance with EU norms and RoHS transition periods of up to 8 years for new products affected 10
