Technology(Surface Treatment) Cr-C Surface Treatment Cr-C Surface Treatment is a thermochemical surface treatment, in which Cr-C atoms are diffused in the surface of work piece to form Cr-C Atoms with the base metal(stainless Steel,Carbon Steel). Cr-C Surface Treatment steels are shown the high hardness and good wear, erosion and corrosion resistance. High hardness (1,600 2,000 Hv) High resistance to temperature (1200 ) Increases resistance to acids (HCl, H 2 SO 4 ) Low friction coefficient ( 0.5) Can be polished to a high finish Diffusion layers are controllable 1. 7

Technology(Surface Treatment) Nano Plazma Nitriding Nano Plazma Nitriding is a thermochemical surface treatment, in which Nitrogen atoms are diffused in the surface of work piece to form nitrides(fen, Fe x N) with the base metal(stainless Steel). Nitrided steels are also shown the ultra-high hardness and wear, erosion and corrosion resistance High hardness ( Hv) Increases resistance to acids (HCl, H 2 SO 4 ) Low friction coefficient ( 0.6) Can be polished to a high finish Diffusion layers are controllable 1. 8
