2 TIMEPRO SYSTEM OVERVIEW TimePro is a time recording and performance measurement system designed for workshops using job number based control systems. TimePro comprises a robust wall mounted data collection terminal linked to your computer system by hard wire or via your I.T network. The data terminal uses infrared light and punched hole clocking badges to register individual employee activity. If required a job label printer is supplied to provide adhesive labels showing details of time spent on each job. Essential for warranty job costing and internal audit purposes. TimePro software is installed onto nominated PC s to provide time analysis of employee attendance & absences, time spent on jobs, employee utilisation & efficiency and also non-productive time. ATTENDANCE TIME The attendance module will replace manual clock card calculation and analysis and includes: Based on your shift rules, worked hours are split into normal & overtime rates. Non-attendance such as holidays & sickness is entered directly into the software. Full 24 hour capability providing multi-shift attendance data for payroll input. Grace time & roundings are available. Our flexible reports can cover any time period and split time analysis into departments/groups.

4 JOB TIME RECORDING Accurately capturing time spent on productive work is essential to any business with the desire to maximise workshop efficiency. Productive employees simply register their current job number at the data terminal and TimePro will capture the time spent on that job. The actual time spent on any job can then be measured against the target time or the time invoiced to the customer. When not engaged on productive work your employees will be allocated to non-productive activities of your choice such as idle time, driving, maintenance etc. This enables you to focus on lost time that could be due to workshop loading problems or other inefficiencies within your systems and processes. From this data we can provide: Employees daily activity throughout their total time attended. Job time split by sale type / cost centre. Detailed job reports providing a full history of time booked to any job. Job performance is shown in terms of time taken vs sold and also labour gross profit. 5 The TIMEPro Clocking Terminal The clock is hard wired directly to your PC which may be networked. Each employee has a personal clocking badge for ins and outs. The clock is manufactured in the UK using high quality components. To deal with harsh environments we utilise infra red technology. Multiple clocks, network and modem linked systems are available. TimePro provides this information on a daily basis enabling you to focus on areas of under-performance.
