8 MAKE YOUR REQUEST When search for Hotels, Sightseeing, Transfers, and Apartments Many boxes have a drop down menu for you to choose from. Once you have made your choices, click on SEARCH button at the bottom of the page. Page 8

9 RELEVANT ICONS To view images/maps etc. You can click the link under the hotel name to read more information about the property. For all hotels showing as AVAILABLE we can confirm the space to you immediately. Those showing as ON REQUEST will take a little longer as we need to contact the hotel Choose your requested hotel by clicking on the BOOK button. Page 9

10 MAKE A BOOKING Add the name of the passengers and the age of the children traveling, if applicable. It is important that you always advise the age of all children in your party. This is also the case when booking an extra bed for a child. If applicable, you can check one of the relevant boxes to send through a special request. Once you have made your choice, click on Add Request The site will display the remark(s) you have chosen on a separate line. If you are happy with this, click on CONTINUE Note: We required at least a name / room. The other guest s name can put and party Page 10

11 COMPLETE BOOKING From here you are given the opportunity to book another service. If you do not want to book anything, then click on the above Click to Complete Click on the relevant picture if you do wish to make another booking and you will automatically be taken through the booking process again.
