2 Dear Local Merchant, Thank you for considering sponsorship of a Lou Gehrig Lasers Travel Softball Team. Our travel softball teams are designed to be a fun learning experience for the girls. The league emphasizes teaching fundamentals and sportsmanship at all levels of play. We seek to implant in the youth of our community ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence so that they will be finer, stronger and happier youths. Lou Gehrig Lasers Travel Softball program has over 110 girls on eleven (11) teams. They compete at five (5) different age levels (10U / 12U / 14U / 16U / 18U) in two (2) local leagues. Our teams also participate in local, state, regional, and national tournaments. We are developing advertising banners for each team to display at all of their games, both home and away. Our travel teams will play approximately 35 games, including a minimum of four (4) tournaments. We are offering five (5) different sponsorship levels: Platinum Supreme, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Please refer to the corporate sponsorship descriptions provided below. 3 BANNER ADVERTISING SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION PLATTIINUM SUPREME ADVERTTIISIING SPONSOR - $1,950 One field sponsor sign (10ft. x 4ft.) to be placed under scoreboard Your company logo will appear on the banner for all 11 teams Advertising sponsorship posted prominently at the five Lou Gehrig softball tournaments. Sponsor will receive 4 Lasers Softball T-shirts PLATTI INUM ADVERTTI ISING SPONSOR- $1,,000 Placement of the company name on all 11 team banners. Exposure at approximately 400 games. Advertising Sponsorship posted prominently at the four Lou Gehrig Laser softball tournaments. Company recognition for each game in the each of the five Lou Gehrig Laser tournaments. The Player of the Game award medals with the company name on the medal, presented at the conclusion of each game. GOLD ADVERTTI ISING SPONSOR - $500 Placement of company name on 6 team banners. Exposure at approximately 210 games. SILVER ADVERTTI ISING SPONSOR - $300 Placement of company name on 3 team banners. Exposure at approximately 105 games. 6 Corporate Sponsorship Graphics Information 2013 All images must be submitted no later than March 20, If the deadline is missed, we will use simple bold text for your company name. Graphic Criteria: 1) Please make every effort to supply us with a Vector graphic. The format is typically an.eps or.ai file. 2) In the event you do not have a vector graphic, please supply us with a high resolution JPEG image.
