We offer several levels of sponsorship, and the benefits of each level include: Event Sponsor $10,000 Partnership opportunities at all levels of the sponsorship event. Large sponsorship event banner featuring your logo and company name prominently displayed at the event. Premier placement of your logo and company name on all publications, marketing materials, and advertisements related to sponsorship event. Shirts featuring your logo and company name along with the Rotary logo distributed to sponsorship event participants. link to

2 Partnership Sponsor $5,000 Partnership with Puyallup South Hill Rotary and your choice of a charitable, non-profit organization represented by Rotary International. Large partnership banner featuring your logo and company name prominently displayed at the events related to the partnership. Premier placement of your logo and company name on all publications, marketing materials, and advertisements related to the partnership organization. Partnership and volunteer opportunities with Puyallup South Hill Rotary at the partnership organization. link to

3 Platinum Sponsor $2,500 Partnership with Puyallup South Hill Rotary at Hounds on the Hill and the Gold and Silver Raffle events. Large partnership banner featuring your logo and company name prominently displayed at the events. Logo or company name on souvenir item (toy, bandana, or water bottle) distributed during the events providing great marketability for your company. link to

4 Gold Sponsor $1,500 Partnership with Puyallup South Hill Rotary at either the Hounds on the Hill or the Gold and Silver Raffle event. 5 Donations Cash and in-kind donations of goods and services are welcome! When in-kind donation value equals a sponsorship level, those sponsorship benefits apply. Agreement Sponsorship benefits are offered on an annual basis, July 1 through June 30. In order to guarantee all benefits associated with each sponsorship, commitment must be made by June 1 of each year. Every effort will be made to accommodate late commitments but no guarantee can be given. Sponsor agrees to pay the amount due in full. The sponsor shall be entitled to receive all the benefits listed for the sponsorship level chosen upon receipt of payment in full and receipt of corporate logo or image to be used. Puyallup South Hill Rotary reserves the right to make changes or modifications to these guidelines if the situation warrants it.
