1 TO: ALL MCLL TEAMS and SPONSORS Each MCLL team is required to provide at least one (1) sponsor for the 2015 MCLL Spring Season. With this in mind, attached please find your MCLL Sponsorship Agreement to distribute to your team parents and other potential sponsors interested in advertising their businesses, supporting your team or making a contribution to Magnolia Center Little League ( MCLL ). Based on feedback provided by prior year sponsors and local businesses, MCLL now offers three (3) different levels of sponsorship and advertising opportunities to the local community - Blue Zone, Red Zone and Grandstand Sponsorship! Blue Zone Sponsor: $250 New / $200 for returning Blue Zone Sponsors. Blue Zone Sponsorship is MCLL s basic package offering local businesses and families to support their MCLL team throughout the 2014 Spring Season. A Blue Zone Sponsor shall receive a professionally printed banner, approximately 5 x 3, located in either Left Field or Right Field as illustrated in the MCLL Sponsorship Agreement. Additionally, Blue Zone Sponsors also receive a 2014 Sponsor Plaque including their team s photo AND single line text advertising in all MCLL Newsletters and other applicable MCLL publications throughout the season. Returning Blue Zone sponsors receive a discounted price of $200 when using the prior season s banner for advertising (MCLL has safely stored all banners). Damaged, weathered or missing banners shall be replaced by MCLL at no additional cost to returning Sponsors. Red Zone Sponsor: $500 New / $450 for returning Red Zone Sponsors. Go Big with your Red Zone Sponsorship and receive all of the same benefits of the Blue Zone Sponsor, except a larger, Center Field Banner (approximately 10 x 4!). PLUS - Red Zone Sponsors receive a small graphic advertisement in all MCLL Newsletters and other applicable MCLL publications throughout the season! The center field area Red Zone is the most visible area in all baseball stadiums! Don t squint your eyes to see MCLL s most important sponsors. Go Big with the Red Zone! Space is limited. GRANDSTAND SPONSOR! $1000. The Red Zone is BIG. The Grandstands ARE CLOSER! Allow your team sponsors to take advantage of the most visible and premier advertising locations offered by MCLL. Anyone visiting Shamel Park will see the exclusive Grandstand Sponsors during the entire MCLL Season! Grandstand Sponsors will enjoy high visibility, generous printed advertising in all MCLL Newsletters and other applicable MCLL publications AND hear their company/family name mentioned during games over the front field public address system! ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: You must have camera ready artwork to produce a new banner. JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PSD or AI formats are acceptable. All sponsor locations are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. MCLL has actively sold advertising to the local community for the past several weeks! Demand is high and space is limited! 3 SPONSORSHIP/ADVERTISING AGREEMENT This agreement ( Agreement ) by and between the Magnolia Center Little League (hereinafter referred to as MCLL ) and (hereinafter referred to as Sponsor or Advertiser ) for the 2015 season. Sponsorship and Advertising in connection with MCLL shall be out of a sense of duty to help the community. While Sponsorship and Advertising does afford benefits, the higher purpose is to help the MCLL impart the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play to the children of the community, so that they may someday use these values in becoming good citizens. Sponsorship and Advertising of MCLL does not permit the Sponsor or Advertiser any rights or responsibilities in the operations of MCLL or any team in MCLL, nor does the Sponsor or Advertiser afford any rights or responsibilities in the selection of managers, coaches or players for any team in the MCLL. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, this Agreement shall not create a partnership or joint venture by and between MCLL and Sponsor or Advertiser. The Sponsor, Advertiser and MCLL are independent contractors with respect to one another, and neither shall have any authority to represent or bind the other in any manner or to any extent whatsoever, except as specified herein. The Sponsor or Advertiser shall have the right to use the following term in advertisements, posters, brochures, newsletters, etc.: Sponsor of MCLL. Sponsors and Advertisers shall NOT use the word official in any marketing or advertising in connection with MCLL or other outside advertising related to MCLL. Sponsorship and Advertising is specific to MCLL only, and is NOT applicable for Little League Baseball and Softball. Use of the keystone logo or any other logo of Little League Baseball and Softball is expressly prohibited. For the considerations above, the Sponsor / Advertiser donates to the MCLL, understanding that its donation is to benefit the entire league.
