3 A little history For many years FLS Transportation Services has worked diligently in its efforts to fundraise for various organizations. From bake sales, to food and toy drives at Christmas, there was always a new fundraising venture underway. With the help of the generous and charitable FLS employees, these efforts have always been successful. In 2014, FLS Transportation Services employees joined together to take it to the next level and embarked on our biggest fundraising challenge, to sponsor a Wish! In just 5 months, we were able to raise an impressive $35, It is truly amazing what the combination of a great company and dedicated employees can accomplish. We are proud to say we have managed to raise over $191, so far benefiting the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Now planning our 4th Annual Gala, we are looking to you for your help in making it the most successful year yet!

4 The Mission The mission of Make-A-Wish / Fais-Un-Voeu Quebec is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Along with the national office, eight regional chapters grant magical wishes to children in need from coast-to-coast. Make-A-Wish Canada is an affiliate of Make-AWish International, the largest wish-granting organization in the world, making dreams and wishes come true for more than 350,000 children since 1980.

If you would like to promote a product or a service, these can be included in our gift bags. It is a perfect opportunity to tie your company to the memory of the evening. Vip Cocktail $ Help the Sponsor Level Guests start the gala off in style and get in the spirit of the evening by hosting the VIP Cocktail and Martini pre-gala event. 9 Product or services Donations for raffle and silent auction An in-kind donation of your product, services or gift certificate(s) can go a long way. Any gift that is offered would be an amazing contribution to the Raffle or Silent Auction. It is the perfect way to both give and raise your brand awareness among distinguished guests. As an auction Sponsor, you can showcase your product, service or gift certificate(s) for this worthy cause and reach a greater audience. If you don t have a product to showcase, you can purchase a trendy new must-have item and have your name or logo presented beside the item. Let others see your commitment to making a wish come true.
