The evening event will begin with the Wood Floor of the Year Awards dinner and end with an unforgettable live performance by a celebrity musical entertainer. In addition to all the advance promotion and on-site publicity your company will receive, we will help drive traffic to your booth throughout the entire show with an opportunity to win the Expo s Grand Prize: an autographed guitar by the closing concert s celebrity performer. To qualify for the Grand Prize, attendees must visit each Expo Partner Sponsor s booth to have their pre-printed ticket validated. A representative from your company will present the prize to the lucky winner at the closing event. The Demo Theater will feature demonstrations from NWFA and other exhibiting industry professionals. 10 Beer Sponsor at Expo Trade Show E V E NT B RAN D I N G S p o n so r Bring the traffic straight to your booth by serving beer. During the final hour of the trade show on Thursday (5:00-6:00pm), your company will have an opportunity to play host to thirsty customers. Your company s booth location will be highlighted on the trade show floor plan printed in the Expo Guide as a beer location sponsor. Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide logo branded cups for giveaways (not included in sponsorship price). (Sponsor will be responsible for the necessary space and electrical requirements for keg service in the booth with your choice of imported or domestic beer. *Power requirements are 110 volt/20 amp power supply per keg. If you don t have space inside your booth to provide beer service, show management will work with you to create a nearby location.) Cost: $1,000 Limit: 12 participants

As a prize sponsor, your company can donate a wood flooring product or service valued at more than $250 to be raffled off to attendees only. Attendees will be instructed to visit each sponsor s booth to submit their business card or prize drawing entry ticket to be eligible to win your prize.
