2 Sponsorship Form 2 of 6 R1 Concepts, Inc. receives multiple sponsorship applications daily. Sponsorship is directly correlated with the level of media exposure that your vehicle can offer R1 Concepts, Inc. This exposure includes magazine and news placement, media events, races, carshows, social media, car forums etc. THANK YOU FOR REGISTERING TO BE A SPONSOR To fully process your application, please fill in ALL related fields on this application. In addition to photos of your vehicle, also provide a full proposal on what you and/or your organization will provide in exchange for product sponsorship. For consideration, we must have hard copies of your proposal and sponsorship form. If not approved, you are eligible to re-apply for sponsorship in one year. If you fail to comply with the 1 year agreement, then R1 Concepts, Inc. will require for the equipment to be return unused or paid in full at the retail price. 4 Sponsorship Form 4 of 6 Terms of Agreement In return for the R1 Concepts Inc. products supplied to me under this agreement for use in racing and show activities, I do hereby give R1 Concepts Inc. my unqualified consent to publish in any form or manner in connection with R1 Concepts Inc. advertising or for any other purposes, any or all of the following: my name, news stories, or any items of interest about me. I give this consent fully and without addition cost or favorable publicity and exposure possible. Logo Placement In consideration of R1 Concepts Inc. sponsorship I further agree to the following: to exclusively endorse and use R1 Concepts Inc. products, and to display a R1 Concepts logo on the sponsored vehicle. a. 5 Sponsorship Form 5 of 6 R1 Concepts, Inc. has the right to charge you full price for the sponsored products if R1 Concepts, Inc. feels that you have not complied with the agreement at anytime of the 1 year sponsorship. This is to assure the sponsored product and sponsors are fully satisfied with the commitment you have agreed to comply. Authorization and Release In consideration for R1 Concepts, Inc., its subsidiaries, distributors, or affiliates (only in conjunction with R1 Concepts, Inc. provided products) hereafter referred to as R1 Concepts, Inc., providing Sponsored Products to the undersigned, the undersigned hereby agrees as follows: Authorization: Sponsoree authorizes R1 Concepts, Inc. to use, at no cost, the items set forth below, at any time and in any manner desired by R1 Concepts, Inc. including, but not limited to, any advertising or marketing activities of R1 Concepts, Inc. as follows: (a) written testimonials or excerpts thereof, which are provided by Sponsoree or its employees, representatives and agents; (b) any photographs, slides, pictures, prints (or copies thereof) which are provided by Sponsoree. In addition, Sponsoree agrees and acknowledges that R1 Concepts, Inc. may use Sponsoree s name as it appears in any of the items described in the preceding sentence. Sponsoree agrees that R1 Concepts, Inc. may edit, alter, and/or enhance, electronically or otherwise, any photographs or other materials provided to R1 Concepts, Inc.. Sponsoree further agrees that R1 Concepts, Inc. may use Sponsoree s name in connection with any advertising or marketing efforts of R1 Concepts, Inc. in any manner not covered by the preceding sentence, provided that R1 Concepts, Inc. has obtained Sponsoree s consent. Sponsoree represents and warrants that any items which it makes available to R1 Concepts, Inc. pursuant to this paragraph shall not infringe or violate any person s or party s rights, including, without limitation, any copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights. Release: Sponsoree hereby releases, discharges, and holds R1 Concepts, Inc. harmless from any and all claims, counterclaims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, demands, rights, damages, costs, expenses, and controversies of every kind and description whatsoever, whether known or unknown, and whether in law or in equity, arising as a result of R1 Concepts, Inc. use of testimonials, photographs or the like, or use of Sponsoree s name in accordance with the provisions in the preceding paragraph.
