1 Unofficial Translation Ministry of Agriculture Of the Republic of Indonesia DECREE OF MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE OF REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NOMOR 95/ KPTS/ KR. 050/ 1/ 2018 ON RECOGNITION OF FOOD SAFETY SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM FOR FRESH FOOD FROM PLANTS ORIGIN OF ARGENTINA BY THE GRACE OF GOD THE ALMIGHTY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA Considering: a. That based on Agriculture Minister Decree No. 236/Kpts/KR.050/4/2016 has been stipulated the recognition of the surveillance of the food safety system of the Argentina. b. that Argentina has proposed renewal application of food safety surveillance system for fresh food of plants origin; c. that according to the assessment of the application as referred to in (b) letter, Argentina has fulfilled the requirement to be recognized for its food safety surveillance system for fresh food of plants origin; d. that based on the considerations as referred to in letter a, letter b, letter c, and accordance to the provision Article 21, Regulation of the Agriculture Minister No. 55/Permentan/KR.040/11/2016 on the Food Safety Surveillance of Importation and Exportation for Fresh Food from Plants Origin, it is necessary to enact the decree of Minister of Agriculture regarding Recognition of Food Safety Surveillance System for Fresh Food from Plants Origin of Argentina; As Referring to In: 1. Law of Number 16 of 1992 regarding Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine (State Gazette of 1992 Number 56, Supplement Number 3482); 2. Law of Number 8 of 1999 regarding Consumer Protection (State Gazette of 1999 Number 42, Supplement Number 3821); 3. Recommendation from Head of Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine Agency IAQA- as the Head of Steering Team: Assessment and Evaluation of Food Safety Surveillance for Fresh Food from Plant Origin Number 852/KR.020/K.1/1/2018 dated on January 9 th 2017;

4 To Enact FIRST DICTUM SECOND DICTUM THIRD DICTUM FOURTH DICTUM FIFTH DICTUM SIXTH DICTUM DECIDES: : Granting Recognition to the Food Safety Surveillance for Fresh Food from Plant Origin of Argentina. : the Recognition as referred to in FIRST dictum is granted for the types of importation Fresh Food from Plant Origin is attached in this attachment which becomes an integral part of this Ministerial Regulation. : Recognition as referred to FIRST dictum can be suspended or revoked; if there s any incompatibility as stipulated in the provisions of the Law Regulation in the field of Food Safety Surveillance for Fresh Food from Plant Origin. : Argentine Competent Authority of Food Surveillance will report its National Food Safety Surveillance Program every year during the recognition period. : Recognition to the Food Safety Surveillance for Fresh Food from Plant Origin as referred to in FIRST Dictum is valid for 3 (three) years since the date of enactment. : by the time this Ministerial Decree comes into effect, Decree of the Agriculture Minister Number 236/Kpts/KR.050/4/2016 regarding the Recognition of Food Safety Surveillance System for Fresh Food from Plants Origin of Argentina Argentine food safety surveillance system of the origin shall be revoked and declared to be invalid. SEVENTH DICTUM : This Decree will take effect on 11 April Enacted in Jakarta on 30 January 2018 Minister of Agriculture of Republic of Indonesia Signed AMRAN SULAIMAN Copy of this Minister s Decree submitted to the Respected: 1.
