Technical Degree holder with minimum three years of Field experience and preferably two years of teaching experience or, ii. In case of a Diploma Holder five years of field experience and preferably two years of teaching experience or, iii. In case of ITI/12 th pass minimum eight years of field experience and preferably two years of teaching Experience.

12 CRITERIA FOR ASSESSMENT OF TRAINEES Job Role Qualification Pack Sector Skill Council Helper Façade Installer CON/Q1102 Construction Guidelines for Assessment 1. Criteria for assessment for each Qualification Pack will be created by the Sector Skill Council. Each Performance Criteria (PC) will be assigned marks proportional to its importance in NOS. SSC will also lay down proportion of marks for Theory and Skills Practical for each PC. 2. The assessment for the knowledge part will be based on knowledge bank of questions created by Assessment Bodies subject to approval by SSC 3. Individual assessment agencies will create unique question papers for knowledge/theory part for assessment of candidates as per assessment criteria given below 4. Individual assessment agencies will create unique evaluations for skill practical for every student at each examination/training center based on assessment criteria. 5. The passing percentage for each QP will be 50%. To pass the Qualification Pack, every trainee should score a minimum of 50% individually in each NOS. 6. The Assessor shall check the final outcome of the practices while evaluating the steps performed to achieve the final outcome. 7. The trainee shall be provided with a chance to repeat the test to correct his procedures in case of improper performance, with a deduction of marks for each iteration. 8. After the certain number of iteration as decided by SSC the trainee is marked as fail, scoring zero marks for the procedure for the practical activity. 9. In case of successfully passing only certain number of NOS's, the trainee is eligible to take subsequent assessment on the balance NOS's to pass the Qualification Pack within the specified timeframe set by SSC. 10. Minimum duration of Assessment of each QP shall be of 4hrs/trainee.

13 Marks Allocation Assessment outcomes CON/N1103: Identify, shift, collect & stack basic materials, tools and tackles for façade installation work at construction site Assessment Criteria for outcomes PC1. identify basic tools and tackles used for façade installation works such as nails, screws, saws, anchors, hammers, electric drills, screwdrivers, grinders, circular saws and jigsaws, plunge routers and sanders, staple guns, pop rivet guns, vaccum lifters, pallet trucks etc. PC2. identify different type of frame members relevant to face works PC3. check for serviceability/safety report faults to superiors of tools and PC4. select and use appropriate hand tools relevant to the task PC5. collect and shift required façade installation tools and tackles at site PC6. follow safety norms for shifting and stacking of tools and equipments relevant to façade installation works PC7. safely store hand tools, portable power tools and ancillary equipment as per organizational norms as instructed Total Mark Out Of Theory Skills Practical PC8. clean and maintain tools prior to and after use 100 PC9. identify the type and quantity of façade material i.e. glass, ACP Aluminum Composite Panel, GFRC - Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, brackets and fixings, frames, sealants, primers, etc to be stored PC10. identify storage requirements as per manufacturer instructions, statutory regulations and workplace procedures as per instructions PC11. identify locations for material storage and checked for availability and suitability PC12. identify appropriate mechanical handling equipment in case of mechanical lifting and shifting PC13. collect required materials and tools as per instructions and sort and stack specified/instructed façade installation material at the construction site PC14. collect the surplus facade material, tools and tackles after the completion of the work and arrange back as per the requirements at the workplace PC15. work with others and in a team by recognizing dependencies and using cooperative approaches for material shifting and storing
