Ltd. (Formerly known as Jubilant Energy (Kharsang) Pvt. Ltd.) & GeoEnpro Petroleum Ltd. (together known as Contractor Parties to the PSC) for development of Kharsang Oil Field in Arunachal Pradesh, India. GeoEnpro Petroleum Ltd. (GEPL or Company) is the Operator of the Kharsang Oil Field. Company s operations base is at Kharsang Field, Changlang District, Arunachal Pradesh and its head office located at Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The Kharsang Oil Field is spread over approximately 0 square kilometer area, with access roads and sand graveled well locations. GEPL, on behalf of the Contractor Parties to the PSC for Kharsang Oil Field seeks Express Of Interest (EOI) under International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures from suitably experienced Contractors/Suppliers/Vendors/Bidders for following supply of equipment & materials and provision of services:- Page

Drilling Supplies & Services Production Supplies & Services Facility Services Services: HP Mobile Drilling Rig, HP Drilling Rig, Mud Engineering, Cementing, Wire Line Logging, Mud Logging, LWD/MWD/ Directional Drilling, Casing Running & Tubular Running Services, Liner Hanger Equipment Services, Coring Service, DST & TCP Service, Slick Line Unit, Effluent Treatment, Drilling Jars, Accelerators & Wash-over Tools, Casing Cold Cutting, Milling, Fishing Tools, Waste Management Services, Surface Equipment Services, Tubing Rental Service, Well Activation Service, Air Compressor & Nitrogen Services, Well Stimulation Service including CT unit, Day & Night Drilling Supervisors, Associated Civil Jobs, and other Drilling and Testing services, Static and Dynamic Modeling Services, G & G studies, Laboraroty analysis of core, soil, Oil, Gas & sample, Manpower Consulting Services etc. Supplies: Production Process Equipment, Artificial Lift Equipment like SRP units, Gas Lift Equipment, PCP (progressing cavity pump), ESP (Electrical submersible pump), plunger pump etc. Chemicals like KCL, Sodium formate, calcium chloride, Xylene/Toulene etc. Gas flow meters, Mass flow meter, high pressure rubber houses, Pressure gauges, downhole completion equipments, Coil Tubing Unit with accessories, Cement unit etc. Services: Fabrication Services / Repair & Maintenance of equipment, Hiring of Coil Tubing Unit along with Manpower, Crude oil analysis / Gas sampling & Wax analysis, Production Enhancement Techniques Sand consolidation job, matrix Acidizing job, water shut-off job Frac & Pack and Gravel Pack Jobs, wax inhibition job, zone plugging job etc. Services: Project Management Services, Insurance, Hiring Skilled, Semi-skilled and Unskilled Manpower to work in oil field at Kharsang, Hiring Housekeeping and other Maintenance services, Security Services, Air Ticketing Services, Vehicle Hiring, Transportation Services, etc. Page

4 The interested Companies (Indian & Foreign) are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest on or before 8 th August 07 till 7.0 Hrs (IST) along with following details and relevant supporting documents:-. Financial summary of the Contractor/Bidder as per the format at Annexure-I along with audited annual reports for the last years.. Organizational chart, infrastructure facilities and experience & qualifications of the key personnel.. Details of major equipment owned by the Contractor/Bidder for the Services. 4. List of similar of contracts executed during the last 5-7 years with past performance as per Annexure II along with relevant supporting documents. If any Company intent to submit EOI for more than one category of services/supplies, relevant experience shall be mentioned in the Annexure-II for each category, indicating the category, serial number and description of the service/supply. 5. Brief on Health, Safety, Environment, Quality Assurance and Control systems followed. 6. Any other information that will establish the Contractor/Bidder is a competent Service Provider/Supplier.
