Look for new sources of pozzolans (natural pozzolans) or slag (new siderurgical plants) 3. Constantly increase the replacement of conventional fuels for alternative fuels. 4. Co-process large volumes of waste through a valorization policy 5. Include co-processing in state and federal policy and regulations
