7 Annexure 4 Issues raised during public hearing along with commitments Public hearing of the proposed project was conducted by HPSPCB on at am at project site. However, he also raised concern about pollution. He said we don t have any problem after establishing of this project. The GM HPSIDC replied that, proposed CETP will treat the treated Industrial effluent. Same shall be given to industries for reuse. No treated water shall be released in to the water body or land. - 5

8 Annexure 5.- Details of member industries, their production capacity, waste generation, effluents characteristic and primary treatment. The member unit for which the CETP plant is going to be proposed is yet not decided. Therefore, the wastewater generation from the individual industries is only on assumption basis. or on the list of industries which was described in the DPR and it is mandatory for all of the individual member unit to install their own treatment unit with the specific technology along with online monitoring system so that only the recommended limit and quality of treated water reach to the CETP plant.
